Temple Concord is the most welcoming congregation with members who celebrate life. Let me explain: I've attended a multitude of happy events here with a dear friend who very sadly passed away. Not just Shabbat services, but Shabbat in the Garden and a festive Synagogue Happy Hour; A terrific new, modern Rabbi who fully embraces a sincere connection with the congregation; Bountiful High Holiday services, and beyond -- in which downtown BU students might forgo the schlep to Chabad near campus; High-quality rummage sales on the first Sunday of each month. Never have met an supercilious, petty, nor otherwise argumentative congregation attendee or member here. The historic Kilmer mansion, with sanctuary is where for Temple Concord resides. Much of the service is in Hebrew. Through my seasoned contrast or comparison the schul to lean toward Conservative.
