I would like to start off by saying the yellow curry has by far the best flavor we have ever tasted in any curry, however we are still very disappointed. My husband and I really love Thai food and we ordered our two favorite dishes, pineapple chicken fried rice and yellow chicken curry. We ordered takeout for dinner and live about 30 minutes away, so we didn't get try it until we got home. We like our curry over our rice and so when we dished it out that is how we made our plates. I took a few bites and soon found a hair in my food. I called right away and the staff I spoke with were both very friendly. I do not recall the name of the person who answered the phone, but the manager was put on and was very kind. They both apologized and the manager offered to either refund me for my full order, remake the whole order, or give me a gift card. Due to it already being late and having a special needs daughter who I needed to get to bed, I requested our order to just be re-made at a future date to which the manager kindly obliged. We called ahead to place our order and picked it up to bring home for dinner last night. Upon dishing it out on two plates and having our first couple of bites we realized our curry had tofu in it, rather than the chicken we had ordered. Had we actually ordered tofu it probably would have been amazing, as it was loaded with it. However, we had to pick out the tofu and were not left with much as far as vegetables. Needless to say, we are very disappointed... honestly not sure if we will go back and try again.

My wife let me know that they wanted Thai for lunch and asked me to pick it up. I asked her to add TT's ceviche to their order as I hadn't had it before. I figured for $15 it was a good value so why not. I've had ceviche in South America before and know what a good ceviche is. I went in to pick up the order and was handed a plastic bag with a large paper bag and a smaller one next to it. I figured the lone item was the ceviche but double-checked with the counter person. She was pretty sure it was in there but checked anyway. In the smaller separate bag was an order of Summer Rolls. Cold, so it makes sense to keep it separate. But what about the chilled raw seafood cooked with a cold citric acid? I found it sitting atop all of the hot items in the other bag. I asked the girl why they would place a chilled item in with hot items and, disengaged and uninterested, informed me that it was only her fourth day there which tells me that she was poorly trained. When I saw the paltry serving serving size of the dish I asked her if that was all there was to it, a half-filled container? She told me there was more and in fact there was; exactly six bland tortilla chips. And so, without any further comment or apology from the server I walked out, most likely to not return. To be fair, when I got home and dug into the ceviche it was actually quite tasty.

Came here for restaurant week. I love many of the different food items here. I’ve had the Pho and Pad Thai and loved it, also tried many different sushi rolls from here and all were delicious. This visit, I had curry puffs, the tower tartare with kani roll, a thai iced coffee, and the cheesecake eggroll dessert. The curry puffs have such a depth of flavor with the curry, they’re these tiny little explosions of flavor. I missed out for so long because I often get spring rolls, which are great, but try these too. The thai iced coffee is great but sweet and I’d rather that be an option for dessert over their cheesecake eggroll which just wasn’t for me. The ice cream they serve it with was great, I’d have just a small dish of that also instead of the cheescake dessert thing. Mom got the seared tuna with the California roll. I tried a piece and it was delicious, I could see getting that sometime myself. The food was great, I’ll definitely be back.

I am a student at Binghamton University and planned a private event for my club through Thai Time and I am here to beg anyone reading this to not waste their time and add copious amount of stress to their event planning at this below mediocre establishment. I called almost 2 months in advance to book a private event for about 40 people. Soon after, I received a text from Dorian who "run[s] the night life" about my event inquiry. I gave him all of my info and was told he would be in touch with me soon after he confirmed some things with the restaurant. Shortly after, I was contacted by Aaron, another employee who I guess is also in charge of nightlife??? After we paid for the event, he stopped responding, and it took multiple follow up texts every time I reached out with question to even receive a reply. The man simply could not grasp the concept that I was planning the event, but another girl I was working with was sending over the money, even after explaining this MANY times. He then called me while I was in Europe begging me for the money, when I told him I wasn't even in the same time zone as him, he repeatedly texted me for the money, after I told him the money was sent to him and he sent me literal screenshots of texts between him and the girl i was working with, confirming the payment prior to him blowing up my phone. After that, he again asked for the deposit after he clearly confirmed he had my payment, sent by my peer. The next time I texted him (March 31st) to confirm if the event still was on after all of that, he didn't reply to me about any other things regarding the event until APRIL 17TH. I then receive a text from Dorian, who had passed me off to Aaron over a month ago confirming my event 3 days before it was happening. After he didn't know any info regarding my event because he passed it off to someone else, he tried to correct me on his prices per person and how I tried to book the event was confusing him, when everything he told me I did to make it confusing, I never even did, and when I explained to him that he was the one that passed me off the Aaron, he laughed at me because I didn't know who the right person to contact was. When I told him that this has been an obnoxious experience with Aaron for the past month and a half, he continuously texted me complaining about Aaron's work ethic, one of his texts stating, "Yeah, he’s not consistent. He’s having his own personal issues. It’s ridiculous. It’s getting in the way of business for all future events. Definitely just hit me up." This is extremely unprofessional and I do not care to be involved in your work drama. Execute my party correctly and keep me out of it. When I actually arrived at the party, it took about 15 mins for all of the workers to figure out how to connect my phone to the speakers and the food was not even good. I have simply never experienced such inconvenience, annoyance, and lack of profession from a restaurant/event venue in my life. Every single person that has asked me about the restaurant since I have warned them of this horrific experience and I though everyone should know...

Horrible party hosting service.

I really like Thai Time food so I decided to have my graduation party there a few days ago. When talking to the manager, he seemed very nice and receptive and I was very happy with everything he said the party package would include, but when the day came, things started to go wrong from the very first minute.

First of all, the place was not clean, there were not enough seats for all the people that were coming, and the floors were sticky and dirty. Also, I sent the manager the guest list first thing in the morning, but when I got there, my guests were just waiting around and could not begin ordering drinks or eating the food because they didn't have such guest list that I provided, because the manager apparently never communicated with the staff. So I had to pull the guest list from my phone and the party started later than expected.

Then, they took forever to make the food. The manager told me that the food would be provided and refilled during a two hour period, but this did not happen. One of the dishes did not come up until about an hour later, and my guests were just waiting around and hungry. The little food that did come out finished very quickly since there were more than 40 people, and I had to get on the phone multiple times and argue with the manager (who very conveniently was not there) to get more food. So for most of the party, there was nothing to eat. Also, there was only one bar tender and it took a long time for people to get drinks.

The manager was extremely rude each time I talked to him on the phone, I am sure I was annoying, I admit I called him many times, but I did this because I wanted to get the service that was promised and that I paid for.

And then after the party is over and everyone is gone, the manager has the nerve to call me telling me that I had not paid, but of course I had, it's the very first thing I did that morning right after I sent him the guest list. Overall it was evident that, even though I had set the date of the party more than 3 weeks in advance, they were not prepared at all to host it, it almost seemed like the manager did not tell his staff there was going to be a party, and of course, the staff were as frustated and angry as I was, and even though some of them were extremely rude to me, I don't blame them. It's not their fault that the manager did not prepare them and gave them the right instructions (I mean he didn't even give them the guest list) to prepare the food the way he promised it would be done.

Anyways, don't waste your money for a party here. Their food is great, but their party planning...

Food just ok, had drunken noodle's 3 small pieces of chicken and 3 shrimp, tons of noodles.

NO customer service. I was so disappointed in my experience. Made reservation at 11:30 am for 6 people at 6pm. When we showed up at 6pm. They found NO reservation. Placed at the very front of the restaurant where NO one wants to be. But we where thankful they could fit us.

Waited for 10 minutes at the table the for waitress, finally asked hostess may we get menus.

Well the experience continued down hill from there. Waitress that has no interests in being one, took drink orders, when she brought them, she wanted us to tell her who ordered what and did not even bother to hand the drink to the person who ordered it.

When she took food orders forgot she only took 3 food ordered instead of all 6 of us. We had to tell her who she missed.

Food slowly showed up three orders ....then one more order after three people where half way though the meal. Then the 5 order showed up.

Oh and when the food for 3 was served, we ordered one glass of wine , latter she came out to say they where still MAKING the wine when the 5 meal was being served!

Anyways the 6 order never came no one ever checked on the table to see if we had what we needed, I waved one of the three hostesses, they came over, I let he know I still waiting on my meal. I had ordered chicken and shrimp. And guess what I was served beef and shrimp! What a shocker! Had to ask them to exchange it.

Ok, this horrible experience does not end, I asked for boxes for everyone. Gal who really is not there to work, brings out tiny boxes you know 4"x4" only fits a small hamburger, this works for everyone but the 6 meal that never really was eaten because every one had finished their meal so a bigger box was needed. Get this, asked for a bigger box and her reply was the manger said they can not give bigger boxes! I said fine let me talk to the manger.

The waitress (I use the word lightly ) returned with larger box. No manager.

My family had an horrible experience. We will not go back.

This restaurant needs to know we go to there for the service as well as good food! Other wise we could have ordered from grub hub! But now I feel like that...
