I went to Dunkin today before taking my daughter to the doctors. I placed my order had a few minute wait didn't think much of it. I got the the window the lady took my card gave me my coffee my daughter's donut and told me my sandwich (i ordered a ham wake up wrap) would be right out. I waited I waited waited some more. (20 minutes total) There was a line of cars behind me people leaving.. i tried to get the staffs attention. They ignored me. The lady that rang me out came over by the cash register i tapped on the window she opened the window. And said yes.. i said i was still waiting for my food she said can't you see there is only 3 of us working and i was making 8 coffees. I said no im in my car. She said well take the survey on the bottom of your receipt it will help us out. I said you could have said something like we are behind or im sorry still working on it. But you just left me sit out here. She said she wasn't the one to take my money i said yes you were. She said no i wasn't. I started to say yes you gave me... and she cut me off said she wasn't arguing with me said here is your food and threw it at me. I would have given them 0 stars but at least the crazy lady got my coffee right. What ever happened to customer service. Read moreI had to meet a guy at Dunkin to buy some drugs so I decided to try a coffee , as I walked into the over crowded store I guffawed at the queue , it was out the door !!! The woman at the counter's name was Liz. She is the most extraordinary worker that I have ever seen. As she articulately conveyed orders to her subordinates, the queue disappeared before my eye's. At long last I was finally before the registers master ,Liz. She greeted me with a hearty and war good morning ( even though it was 2pm in the afternoon) , I responded in kind . She manipulated the register with her limber hands , effortlessly directing my order like a conductor of some strange Symphony. As the ordering concluded and I passed my dollhairs to the keeper of the doughnuts, she burst forth with receipt and a jolly "have a NICE day " . I collected my items and left awestruck by liz's display of eagerness at doing her best and presenting herself in the best manner . I never did buy those drugs and have been sober ever since , and i owe it to the keeper of the doughnuts , the master of the registers , liz . Her name will ring echo theough the halls of eternity . If one does ever find their paths crossing liz , cherish those fleeting moments. After hearing her good morning no matter what the time is , the smile with inexplicably spread across your face , and youre coffee will be...
Read moreConsistently disappointed with this DD. This is about the third time I’ve ordered nothing but a small iced tea and they must make the tea in the same pot as the coffee because each time it tastes like coffee. $3 wasted this trip. I will not return to this DD in the future and will take my business to the DD in Painted Post. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed at how his/her business is being run. Reviews are horrible and you should be stepping in to fix many of the issues instead of leaving them for your employees to figure out. I can’t even call the phone number listed to make a complaint, I have to do it here for all the world to read. The phone just goes right to voicemail and then isn’t set up for customers to even leave a message. Would the owner of DD in Painted Post please buy the one in...
