For quite some time now the morning rush time has been handled single handedly by one employee. Yesterday morning I ordered from the app "on the go" which is supposed to guarantee that you can "skip the line"and not have to wait. Unfortunately I was in the store for 30 minutes because my order hadn't even been pulled until I pointed it out! If I hadn't already paid, I would have left after realizing that there was only ONE person working both front counter and drive thru. It is not the fault of the employee working, but having to wait for 10 drive thru orders to be filled and then having to remind the poor woman repeatedly that parts of the order were missing is unfair to everyone involved. Young lady with black and Red hair was very dismissive when trying to explain how my boss likes his coffee . I belive her words were idk that's how it comes. The other young lady was very helpful and helped me troubleshoot what may be the problem. I will not revisit this location as there is a dunkin in the opposite direction just as close to my job.
