Blasdell Pizza — Restaurant in City of Dunkirk

We ordered chicken fingers for 2 due to the menu showed very huge chicken fingers for 17 bucks and expected to have a decent meal and get home to no blue cheese ,ran back, then home again, open up the chicken fingers to see 6 regular if not half the size of regular chicken fingers. Not happy with the false advertising or the amount of food we bought for 50 bucks and got a very inadequate amount of food..... In response to the owners comment, that's not how you accommodate to a bad experience at your restaurant, firstly we wont be back especially after wasting money on tiny chicken fingers but most importantly, i own my business and if any client of mine has a complaint or concern i address it with fixing the issue. Not just saying im sorry looks like we missed making a customer happy, hope to see you again soon. That will not bring back a customer. As an owner i am very disappointed in your method to deal with your customers complaints as i see you have plenty of negative reviews and all have the same outcome from you, the owner, oops sorry hope to see you again. As far as your false advertising, i took steps, like photos of your menu as well as the order we got for the very large chicken fingers which will show false advertising to a T. Home depot got sued for 2x4s not being exactly 2x4 and lost millions. Just painting a picture....

Food's good, friendly staff, decent selection, with reasonable prices. Always get excellent service, pick up or delivery. Always adding new menu items, includijg snacks desserts, and even ice cream.

Daily specials are great, in luding a 2 slice, 20 oz, or 1 aloce, 5 wing, 20 oz all day special, that makes for a good grab and go option, including several specialty pizza choices.

Menu includes pizza, wings, fingers, salads, deep fried standards, subs, wraps, tacos, and more. Pepsi products for drink options, but only a handful of sugar free options.

It's take out only, no seating, but there are benches along the plaza, and a few parks, a short drive away. Makes for a nice stop while shopping, or running errands.

They also have 3 other locations in the Buffalo metro area.

Easy access for those of us who are mobility limited, and plenty of parking. Also close to SUNY Fredonia, and they have online ordering, so you can place your order, and pick it up, while oit and about, and have it waiting when you get there.

I have video of the way customers are treated and I do not appreciate being cussed at, or told to take an application if I don't wanna wait!! This is not the first time that customers have came in and do not get acknowledged until a Caucasian enters! Since this is not the first time this has happened I called them out and simply said, "HEY DOES ANYONE WANNA HELP CUSTOMERS?" The staff proceeded to respond extremely disrespectful so much that the Caucasian lady even says in my video the staff is very nasty!!
