Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Dunkirk

I use to love the pizza and customer service, but I will tell you I don’t know what happened to the previous managers but this store is in total disarray. Last couple times I’ve been there I have stood at the counter four at least 10 minutes no one out front they watched through the back of displays talking with each other never acknowledged me until they decided to . I then waited another 20 minutes to get a hot and ready got to my car and noticed pizza wasn’t cut went back in to get it cut and was treated like it was a problem, person waiting on me was dirty looking wrinkled r shirt long hair just frustrating. Went back couple days later the two Spanish girls again didn’t come out from behind the back for at least 10 mins other customers waiting for service and or food they preordered half a hour in advance and still wasn’t ready , this place has gone down hill in the last couple months, getting to the point I tell everyone not to go there unless it’s a last resort, I normally don’t complain about anything but this store is totally unprofessional, that’s all I can say without...

If it weren't for the screwy hours they were keeping (and may be still closing at such early hours) this would probably be, if not number one, than close to it on my list of pizza places in the Dunkirk/Fredonia area. There have been Friday and Saturday nights that they are shut down before 8pm and anyone living in this area especially during the cold months, there isn't a whole lot to do on Fridays and Saturdays that doesn't involve the consumption of too much alcohol-well, except eating pizza and binge watching t.v or playing video games. Of course pizza and alcohol go together just fine but that subject is for a different more serious review if I can pull one off. So, let's review this review (hehehe) good food, great prices-still, fast, courteous service.... but screwy hours that rob a good business of their ability to score a perfect 10 in my opinion. Not enough to keep me from my Crazy Bread. Just wish I could get it after 8 pm in case I get busy doing laundry or cleaning the litter box and lose track...

Not usually the type to leave reviews, but This time I couldn't not. I just got two Pretzel Pepperoni pizzas, and when I got to the crust I was excited to try it, since it's stuffed crust. The second I bit into it I was greeted by the harsh taste of chemical cleaners, and it made my tongue numb for a little. Thankfully I spit it out quickly. Not sure what the heck is going on there but this will be the last time I order from there. The pizza is poison enough without the chemicals being added anyway. Plus the Pizza had a layer of grease that would make dominoes jealous. Disgusting. Not sure what the employees responsible are doing. My guess is they handles dishes and the dish soap cleaners with their gloves before moving on to handle our Pizza's. A legit health violation. If I were you I'd look somewhere else, less your dinner plans get ruined...
