So I am newly back to the area, and was unsure of where to go. I obtained estimates from multiple places. In doing so, it allowed me to know there was a lot of options and I learned my way around a little bit more.

In part for me, it was a combination of cost, purpose, convenience, and being able to get my inspection oil change done along with my tires. Not having to wait for an extremely long amount of time, was also important. Sometimes when you take your vehicle somewhere it's gone for many hours, the whole day, or even sometimes multiple days.

From the day I went in there, to the day I went back to schedule, to the day I went and got my work done which was yesterday... Each and every person was great. Not only were they knowledgeable and kind, but they were professional and helpful. If I didn't understand, they explained.

My needs were cut and dry and the service I received was helpful and honest. I was in and out as promised and about 2 hours. Any more questions I may have had were answered. I dealt with many people in the three times I was there, but Brian and Dave helped me complete my experience with a smile.

I now have an oil change, and an inspection with a clean bill of health, and my 11-year-old truck with not quite 80,000 miles has brand new tires. I was also thrilled to learn, that with the purchase of their tires there are extra free add-ons. If I ever have a basic flat, need an alignment or a rotation, and a handful of other options... It is all included for free with the purchase of my tires.

I ordered my new General AT-43 all season radial tires on Thursday from Dunn Tires in Dunkirk, NY. They were installed Monday afternoon. The tires were mounted and the alignment completed a half an hour sooner than promised, just before the snow storm. 🥰 I was able to take advantage of several promotions. The tires were much cheaper than what I had paid in the past at an independent garage. Their supply did not appear to be impacted by Covid. My purchase also include road hazard protection. What's not to like? I am delighted with my purchase and Dunn Tires!

I returned three years later to replace the tires. Another positive review from me. This time I waited in a pleasant customer lounge. My car was ready in less than hour. Alignment and brake inspections were fine no action needed. Totes were computer balanced, mounted on rims and installed on my car in less than an hour. Friendly staff and very polite.

Where do I get started? We went into DUNN TIRES to get 4 new tires & a NYS inspection. Which due to our hardships we were just now able to come up with the cash. As we shopped in the plaza while our car was being worked on, we seen Bill the assistant manager come in the store , looking for us to say our vehicle will fail inspection due to safety for our brakes! Our mind was blown! We want to be safe, heck we drive our grandkids in our car! (I digress!) Back at DUNN we figured out with Bill's help & dollars away from using having cent we had, to drive out of there with a Safe vehicle! Sure it still hasn't passed inspection just yet & we're bummed about that, changing extra holiday driving plans etc. Until the next SS check comes in so we can also get the rear brakes done!
