Burger King — Restaurant in City of Frankenmuth

Go to McDonalds next door. Their food comes out hot and correct every time!

Burger King though? Unprofessional provoking staff. I was the only car in line. I ordered off the app so I could avoid any confusion over the intercom. The microphone is terrible here, so they always get your order wrong if you try to ask for toppings removed. I thought I was ahead of the game ordering off the app.

They always overdue it with toppings so I always ask for bare minimum. Ketchup. Mustard. Pickle. That’s it. I had a passenger with me who also wanted specific toppings because they hate the way the overdue it here. We both ordered online prior. We wait in line about 10 to 15 minutes and finally get our order. My sandwich is completely wrong, but my passenger got theirs right. I swing back around, explain the situation and bring back the sandwich. They told me to pull up to the pick up door and that’s the last I saw anyone for 40 minutes. Over 12 vehicles went by.

My food was cold. My passenger was tired. An hour we could’ve been doing anything else was lost. I go back around for a third time and ask for a refund. Over the intercom, because I used my name on the app, they yell it as loud as they can through the intercom that “HE WANTS HIS MONEY BACK!” and everyone in line could hear. Now they had a line.

I pull up to the window and this grubby guy comes to the window, ketchup on his cheeks. I tell him I understand a bit of a delay, but we were now late AND hungry. I wasn’t rude. Didn’t swear. Didn’t raise my voice once. He doesn’t say a word and hits me with a voiceless stare. The only explanation I could come up with; this guy totally ate my sandwich.

Anyways, went to McDonalds next door and they got me through two full lines of cars in maybe 10 minutes. I used their app and got the service I expected. Wish BK would some day take notes, but I will definitely never come back to find out!

Well I went to Burger King in Frankenmuth and order a double whopper meal large 2 r piece cheddar jalapeno peppers and a bacon cheeseburger meal large. Went to the window paid and was given our food before we actually had the bag a bounce yelled hey all their food is not ready. So the window attendant apologized and said itll b just a minute longer. She returned shortly after and handed us our meals. I pulled over because I just thought I should check to be sure it was all there since we live 20 minutes away. We were short our double whopper with cheese and put large fries were not full ( more like a medium amount). So we again drove through the drive through. I said hey wd were just here, the younge lady on the other end of the mic say " yes and I forgot ur double whopper." So we pull to ghd window and get out double whopper. So ws get home and no double whopper just a regular wax in the bag. So I tried calling several times (probably 5) to try to sort it out, but it just rang until a recording came on and asked me to enter my code. I gave this a one star because this was by far the worst experience I've had at a Burger King. I didn't even rate the food because I didn't even get to order anything. When we walked in, one of their screens was completely not working, the other one was only half working. So we couldn't see their menus. We asked them if they had had a value menu. She said yes they did. One of the items she mentioned was a rodeo burger. So we ordered rodeo burgers and a couple of other items and it came to over 27. We asked her how much the rodeo burger was and she said over $3. We asked her what made her think that would be considered a value item? This was ultimately our fault because we should have asked for prices for everything before placing the order. But nonetheless, we ended up canceling the order and getting a full refund and going somewhere else. I can't say that she was rude, but she was not professional at all.
