Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Glen Cove

Parking lot is small. But, no over crowding inside with long lines or occupied tables. I'm not sure if that's due to the quick service that get's customers in and out. Or, maybe it's not receiving the same attention from customers as other DD locations in town and near by. Parking or turning into entrance traveling from the opposite direction, there's a short divider. So, you would have to travel a short distance to turn around. Most may not want to be bothered and choose to patronize another DD. This makes it great for people in town, less crowded and a chance for an establishment to have repeat customers they can know by name or order. Their not the most friendly staff, even when engaged in customer conversations. But, their promptness and getting your order correct is what matters the most. But, you do notice negatives. I am usually very happy with the service I receive here but today it was a bit different when I went there to buy a pre-made graduation cake for my brother. They asked me to write down word for word what I wanted written on the cake. I assumed it’d be spelled correctly since it was about $40. Got home and opened the box to see the word “congratulations” was written as “congrututions” and a small print (assuming it’s from a finger) under the first “r” in my brother’s name.
