A Seamless and Exceptional Experience at Rallye Lexus Glen Cove
I recently traded in my 2014 Scion FRS and purchased a 2024 Lexus IS 350 F Sport from Rallye Lexus, and the entire experience was truly outstanding from start to finish.
James H., my Sales & Leasing Consultant, was incredible to work with. After submitting an inquiry for the IS 350 I saw advertised on social media, James promptly reached out and invited me in for a test drive. Scheduling was easy, and the whole process felt like a casual, informative conversation — never pushy or sales-driven.
He answered all of my questions, offered helpful insights (including about my FRS, which he was familiar with), and maintained consistent communication via text before and after the sale. When I noticed some minor cosmetic imperfections after purchase (since the vehicle was used), James made sure they were taken care of without hesitation.
Monique F., the finance manager, was equally fantastic. She walked me through the entire financing process patiently and professionally — no pressure at all. She clearly respected my budget, didn’t push any unwanted extras, and was happy to match a lower interest rate I had found elsewhere. She made sure I was comfortable and fully informed every step of the way. After the sale, she continued to follow up to check in and see how everything was going. You can tell she and James worked seamlessly as a team to make sure everything was smooth.
At the end of the purchase, Monique even gave me a quick tour of the dealership and introduced me to the service team — everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel even more confident about bringing the car back here for future service.
Adnan B., the general sales manager, also stepped in with the same professionalism and customer care. I pointed out an imperfection on the front bumper, and he assured me it would be fixed before I picked up the vehicle — and sure enough, it was flawless. Their cosmetic work was so good I couldn’t even tell where the issue had been. Monique and Adnan even worked together to make some pricing adjustments to help stay within my budget, which I truly appreciated.
Justin M., the vehicle specialist, did a great job walking me through the features of my new IS 350. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me get everything set up — including the Lexus app. His calm and helpful attitude made the learning curve easy.
And finally, to the team who worked on the cosmetic repairs (unfortunately, I do not have names) — thank you. The attention to detail and quality of work gave me full confidence that this is a place I can trust for future service needs.
As for the car itself, it would need a seperate 5 star review.— it’s absolutely amazing. For a 2024, it looks flawless! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

From the moment my wife and I walked into Rallye Lexus we were treated professionally by everyone we encountered, starting with the Car Valet. This was the third car dealership we had visited on a late Saturday afternoon. Although it was nearly closing time Neil Fogel greeted us with a big smile and a handshake. Neil was an extremely knowledgeable about all the Lexus products as we discussed the features of the 2015 RX350. After discussing some of the preliminary information Neil suggested that my wife and I test drive the vehicle. From the moment he brought the vehicle to the front of the showroom he meticulously described and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle as we conducted the test drive. After the test drive we reviewed some of the purchase/lease options. My wife and I advised Neil that we would consider his options and speak with him next week. At no point did Neil try to pressure us for a purchase decision or a deposit. During the course of the next few weeks we had several discussions with Neil via the phone and email. We want to commend Neil for his responsiveness, there were several times that he indicated that he needed to call us back, and he was very punctual to his commitment. Approximately two weeks after our initial visit we were able to come to an agreement on a deal, without ever having to visit the dealership again, except to meet with the Finance Manager. Our experience with Mike Caristo, the Finance Manager was professional; pleasant and extremely non-stressful. To our surprise Mike indicated he would have the vehicle ready for us the next evening. My wife and I returned to the showroom the next evening, we immediately met with Neil and we completed the paperwork in an extremely organized and timely manner. Neil escorted us to Michael Montijo the Vehicle Delivery Specialist, Michael guided us through all of the features of the vehicle including the customization of the many computer aided programs. In summary, this one was of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences we have had, and two weeks later we are enjoying the smooth ride and the features of the vehicle. Read moreWhen I came to this dealership I was greated by the sales manager. He was very nice and told me that I am in a good place. He told me and my wife to relax and promised that at this dealership I will be treated very well and I should not be scared of bad treatment if I had that experience in other car dealerships. I thought to myself why do they mock competition. Then the manager made a comment about the scar that I had on my face and asked me what it was. Anyway, he got us a sales person who was very nice at the beginning, asked what we were looking for and then explained all possible options. Before going on a test drive I asked if they could provide me a price quote for a car I wanted. Then without a smile the guy spent 30 minutes imputing data on his computer with my info. Then looked up his inventory and gave me a quote for a car that they had in stock which had extra features that I didn't want. I told them that the price was higher than I wanted to pay and if they could offer me a lower price as the only feature I wanted in the car was navigation. Then he told me "what were you thinking. It's a fully loaded car. If you get a car with navigation it comes fully loaded." I told him that i don't want the exterior sport package (which is extra $5,000) and that I could get similar car from Infiniti with these features for a price I mentioned before and that they should be aware of the competing dealerships. Then without explaining the benefits or rational why this particular dealership gave me this price he said sorry cannot do anything for you. Then he got up from the table and left without saying goodby or shaking my hand. I am a professional myself but, I have not seen people behaving that way. Anyway, I think it happened for a good reason as the same day I went to another dealership and got the car I wanted with all of features I wanted , fully loaded. It was not Lexus but better than Lexus. Everyone will have a different experience at this dealer. Please be aware that you will be treated nicely only if you pay the price that they tell you to pay.
