Went thru drivethru the other morning and cars are backed up all the way out to the street blocking traffic. Takes forever to get up to screen to order. When I finally order I realize why.. the girl working is having all the cars sit at the ordering screen until the food or drinks are ready and made then having them pull up to the window. So when I order she tells me to wait at screen which I did not listen to as there are cars blocking traffic behind me so I pull around to the window and the worker was extremely rude basically scolding me for not waiting and says she doesn't want her drivethru timer to start when I'm sitting at window. Ridiculous. She then proceeds to tell me I need to pull out of drivethru and they will bring my food outside for me. Basically trying to discipline me for not listening to her. I refuse because she was clearly being spiteful as I only ordered a coffee and breakfast wrap shouldn't take more than a 30 seconds to make that. She insisted and I flat out told her no and then had her cancel my order because of how rude she was. She lied thru her teeth as I seen my food sitting there also. This is a regular thing with the girl that works mornings as several other of my coworkers experienced the same thing with her. We. Don't. Care. About. Your drivethru timer. New staff are rude and don't respect their job, i went through the drive thru one morning and the workers inside were blasting music. I asked the girl at the window for extra napkins while she was handing me my coffee, she ignored closed the window and continued with her next order. Thats only one of many examples. When i used to come here before they would make the coffee rlly good and i would be very excited every morning to start my day off with a good cup of coffee, up until a couple months ago they would ruin my orders. Every.single.day. My coffee tastes rlly bitter, no or barely any sugar, and very watery. It ruined my experience and i stopped going all together. Moral of the story: for future refrence hire employees that want to work and have a positive attitude. Attitude of employees greatly impacts business reputation. When i returned to get them i was met with a look as if she was disgusted i was there. She continued her conversation with another group of people she seemed to know and said here. Im sorry but if this is how tim hortons employees greet their coustomers and dashers its unacceptable and i definitely don’t appreciate being judged while im trying to make a living to pay my bills, i get people have bad days but the kicker is my coming back wasnt even my fault!
