I brought my brand new Husqvarna leaf blower here for service because it would not start right out of the box. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and Friday they told me it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, the clown behind the counter gave me a blower and told me to start it up... it worked, but it was 100% not my blower. It was old, dirty and again NOT MY BLOWER. I confronted him on it and he sheepishly told me that he just wanted to get me a working blower so he switched out my brand new unit for the older one. I have never experienced this before but I can promise you that I will never again return to this dump.

Bought 2 bostitch roofing gunsfor $220 each for my company one was skipping nails real bad but other one was good. I called them a couple days later and said they will exchange it. I get there after driving 45 mins and manager won't exchange it... said I can get a quote on rebuilding it or buy a new one when I just bought it a couple days ago and am also capable of rebuilding it top to bottom on my own. Such a waste of time and money comming here. Your better off going to home depot or lowes. Lost a good paying...
