Place is fire. I get it, it takes a while, people on the phone don't always answer and you might be put on hold. Take a pro tip... order online 30-40 minutes before you want it and go pick it up yourself. They serve breakfast all day, they make their own roast beef, the sauces and spreads are so good. They have a ton of salad options. Get a fresh roll, hero or chibatta hero, customize it, add slow roasted tomatoes, get an egg sandwich with Alabama white sauce or a fat wrap or one of their signature sandwiches. I been eating at this place for almost 3 months now and im not joking when i say this place might be making the best sandwiches in NY, definitely on Long Island. I just ate this sandwich called (not 100% sure the name) The Crazy Donkey pretty sure it was chicken cutlet, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, pesto sauce on a ciabatta. Its not on the normal menu it was one of their specials, and it was unbelieveably delicious. If you have havent tried this spot yet and you enjoy good sandwiches you are truley missing out on an amazing experience. This place is trash. 0 stars. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches for $30 at 10:45 AM, we finally decided to call at 12:30 PM and find out what was going on with our order and finally after being put on hold for 20 min the girl tells us that our food was just sitting there and hasn’t even left yet. People have things to do and places to be and can’t be waiting over two hours for a sandwich. If you can’t handle orders then don’t take them. While we understand places get busy and may take a little extra time there’s nothing more frustrating than waiting for food while starving without any communication from the restaurant.
