All thought the front staff is a delight, kind, and welcoming.. when I got into the room the medical assistant was very cold. When she called my name she called from half way down the hall and having me find where she was. When the Doctor came in (Robin Mackoff DO) she was extremely rude and not communicative. As I told her my concern I felt that I was taking as a joke rather than a concerned patient who is badly asthmatic since a young age and have been hospitalize for it. While she was evaluating me I became light headed on the chair and she was moving so quickly I felt shy that I could not speak a word. She sounded as if she was annoyed that I was even in the room and wanted to get the visit over with. As she tells the medical assistant what medication to prescribe me than tells me what I have (which I have been suffering for months with and did not give me a chance to speak one word in). As she walks out said asked āany questionsā as if I am not allowed too and she walked out when I said no because I felt as if I was being dismissed. I traveled 30 minutes away from my home address because this had good ratings and I was hoping to have some care for my concerns but I was mislead. Now off to drive light headed after my visit. Very disappointed and never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am sad that I have to leave a one star review, I used to like Dr. Neil but unfortunately I had multiple doctors raise a concern for when I went there for concerns over my arrhythmia. Dr. Neil Told me not worry about it because I donāt have a cardiomyopathy and that my anxiety could worsen the arrhythmia, but when I went to the emergency room for a car accident the doctors both at Cornell and Columbia (New York Presbyterian) and my partner were all upset that an EKG wasnāt run prior on me. And that an Ekg is supposed to be ran on me every 3 months not every six because of my age and that I pass out quite very frequently with showing symptoms of my arrhythmia. I went to the emergency room both times that week and both times they ran an ekg, meanwhile Dr. Neil said I didnāt need one and didnāt run any blood work on me either.
Dr. Neil is great for colds, flus, and amongst other medical issues. But for cardiology it was suggested to always go to the emergency room instead of an...
