Terrible Customer Service Policy
Been to this shop many times and have purchased everything from clothing to gear. The last time I was there I had purchased a men's t-shirt. It was on sale so I thought it was a good buy. I live on the west coast and visit Long Beach a couple of times a year. After coming back home on the west coast, I'd noticed that the shirt had these sun-bleached stains on them. I'd sent the shirt to to my sister-in-law to exchange it. They would not allow an exchange. The reasoning: the shirt was on sale because of the stains. No exchange or refunds for on-sale items. Mind you that they did not mention anything about stains when I originally purchased it. I should have inspected the shirt more carefully before purchasing it.
