Terrible Customer Service Policy

Been to this shop many times and have purchased everything from clothing to gear. The last time I was there I had purchased a men's t-shirt. It was on sale so I thought it was a good buy. I live on the west coast and visit Long Beach a couple of times a year. After coming back home on the west coast, I'd noticed that the shirt had these sun-bleached stains on them. I'd sent the shirt to to my sister-in-law to exchange it. They would not allow an exchange. The reasoning: the shirt was on sale because of the stains. No exchange or refunds for on-sale items. Mind you that they did not mention anything about stains when I originally purchased it. I should have inspected the shirt more carefully before purchasing it.

DO NOT GO HERE. Casually still waiting for my surf board that I dropped off June 3rd. Called at least 4-5 times. Going to finally come in today and demand my surf board back finished or unfinished. My 3 kids and I went to Moku today to buy a skateboard. Carolyn was an excellent sales associate. She let my son put his skateboard together. Total hands on experience. They even tested out different boards. She answered all their questions (and they had a lot). Even questions about sharks! Plus they got free stickers! They had the best...
