this restaurant is horrible. if i could rate it one star, i would. i was recommended this restaurant by a friend, and i wanted to order food from here yesterday through uber eats and they kept cancelling the order. I ended up having to call them to figure out what was going on after placing my order 3 times and it wouldn’t go through. then they told me that the next day was “seafood day” as i was trying to order a seafood bucket. Fast forward the next day, (today) i placed an order from 12:00 PM and they keep canceling it just like yesterday. I called them the first time and they didn’t answer. I called them a second time, no answer. I finally get ahold of someone 5 attempts later and they say that the seafood didn’t start until 3:30. it was 3:07 at this time. i waited until 3:30 and placed my order. they cancelled it AGAIN. i did this 4 times until I finally gave up. 2 hours later i decide to give them one final chance and the order FINALLY went through. 30 minutes later after waiting my carrier went to go collect my order. 20 minutes past and they were still there. Then i got assigned another carrier. THEN another. 3 different people were assigned to collect my order for what reason? i don’t know. 20 minutes later I get a notification from uber eats saying my order could not be delivered. This restaurant is so unprofessional and i will never be ordering food from this place again unless i’m picking it up myself. Y’all couldn’t even call me to tell me what’s wrong with my order you just kept declining it not giving me a reason why. Was a certain ingredient unavailable? was it not ready? NO explanation! The service and attitudes of the 2 servers/ cashiers are very distasteful. They ignore customers, do not service on a first come first serve basis and make incorrect orders. I was left to pack my items after the younger kady got mad at herself for an incirrect order. She literally walked away! I remained very calm, however. When I requested a refund that's when I was heard. I ordered the freshly made soup but it wasn't included in my order. Good thing because an object fell from the counter into it. Thank goodness I saw it. The server still asked why I no longer wanted the soup. Was she serious??? I will never patronize this business again. You try to support your own, but their attitudes are unsavory. I watched them make other erroneous orders as well. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME! I only tapped the 1 star so that I could place my review. Don’t order through the apps they don’t honor the deals. They’re listed on door dash happy hour deals they have 2 items buy 1 get 1 free. Twice now I’ve ordered through the app during both the app and the restaurants posted time frame requirements and both times they either cancelled my order completely or sent just the other additional sides ordered they do not honor the deals posted in to just a scam to get you to order from them if you only order the deal it’s canceled and if you order it with other items you only get the other items they don’t call to notify you or ask if something else is wanted they don’t send you any messages I had 3 ppl at my house we waited over an hr for the food only to find out when it was opened that there wasn’t any actual food/entrees and it was too late to order anything else but fake pizza from dominoes.
