I started shopping at this Rainbow location last year. I like the fact that they sell lots of basic clothing, shoes, accessories and items at affordable prices. Compared to the Rainbow in the Galleria at White Plains, this location has a bigger selection of plus size clothing, which is a huge positive for me since I can find clothes in sizes that can fit me better and that may not be available at other Rainbow stores or online on the Rainbow website. However, there is a negative too. For a huge store, this Rainbow doesnât have a dressing room, so you canât try on your clothes there. Youâll have to be sure that the items you buy will be your correct size and try them on at home. This should be fine for most people, but If you live further away from the store or donât live in the area, this could be a problem, so be mindful before you make the purchase. If you must return any clothing items, they do have a 7-day return policy. If you return your items with the tags on them before the 7 days are up, youâll get your money back. If you return the items with the tags on them after the 7 days are up, youâll get store credit instead. Iâm not sure if the same return policy applies to other items in the store like shoes, accessories or other things, so ask a store associate just in case.    Read moreI will never spend another dime in Rainbow. I went to this store yesterday and I was going to buy a pair of shoes. When I swiped my card the cashier said there a limit message on her screen then I said letâs swipe it again I know I have money on my card. We swipe it again and she says the same thing so I walk away. I checked my bank app to make sure the charges did not go through because I didn't get any decline notifications and everything was fine. About 10 minutes later after I left the store I get 2 charges to my account from Rainbow. I go back to the store and I was treated very nasty by the cashier and both managers. The manager said he would call the computer back room and itâll be a while no apologies for the mess up nothing. Then the assistant manger gets involved prints out a paper that doesnât even have the stores name on it and she at one point stops talking to me rolls her eyes at me and looks away from me. I then ask the manager if heâs ok with his staff behaving this was he says to me âthatâs my assistant manager what am I supposed to do.â I call the next morning and the manager states I need to call cooperate about getting my money back.    Read moreIf I could have given it no star I would. One of the worst customer experiences I have had to deal with in awhile. The cashier did not know how to correctly percentage a 50% rack which resulted in a incorrect figure, when I pointed it out to her she used a calculator which showed her the correct amount to be charged. Her manager was cashing right beside her and after she brought it to his attention did not even acknowledge me and went back to cashing. She told me to let the manager ring me up, I waited to the side while he rang up customers he never once acknowledge me or offered any assistance. I left without the Merchandizes, I did point out the fact that they need to treat people better and have some respect. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SPEND A DIME...
