This place is a joke. I ordered pasta with pesto sauce, and they sent pasta with no pesto sauce. I called and said “hey, I placed an order, it was not what I ordered.” I got a “what did you order?” “Pasta with pesto sauce.” He actually replied with “I’m pretty sure you got pesto sauce.” I said… “I’m pretty sure I didn’t, I can send you a picture.” Then without an apology or anything he said I can get a refund through grubhub or they can send it over… I said I would fight the charge because my lunch hour was going to be over. No lunch for me that day. The next day I was like… why don’t I just have them deliver the correct order today like they said they would do yesterday? I called, the guy on the phone seemed nice. I sent him the picture of the incorrect order. He said yeah, there’s no pesto sauce, we will send it over. He then calls me and says “the delivery is 20 min away, so you will have to pay for half of the pasta.” I said “it’s 15 min away, and this was already paid for… you guys are the ones who messed up my order.” Then he said “yeah well it’s still far away.” This made no f king sense. I had to explain 5 times that it was already paid for and the mistake was on them, not on me. Then, the driver calls me and says I’m too far away, and I had to explain again for the 15th time what happened, so he came. He seemed nice at first, and he said oh just check it because there’s pesto and then there’s pesto sauce. I checked, again… no pesto sauce! He then tried to blame me and say that I didn’t click pesto sauce, and I checked my order right in front of him, and I clearly chose pesto sauce. He was STILL trying to blame me after that! Again, no lunch for the 2nd day in a row. The audacity to try to blame me was absolutely insane!!! Get your sht together! The Drake my second favorite sandwich and the garlic knots make great snacks. So far everything has been delicious and never disappointed in anything we have tried.
