Kennedy Fried Chicken — Restaurant in City of Newburgh

This is my go to halal spot whenever I head to the masjid here. There operated by Afghans and we'll let's just say the best hospitality of kindness for me. However, it's Newburgh and truly speaking there is just to much chaos everywhere don't know what to expect the slightest bit. So you go in and go out request it to be halal and they'll supply you with your meal. What's mesmerizing is that it's fast food but there has never been a time there soft drinks never tasted out of this world. Mr Khan and I could testify to that over the years there's something quite magically even in this Kenney fried chicken In the worst place meaning location but they have the best pick up halal fresh food for me I like it and the people. The uncles are very nice been knowing of them...

That was TERRIBLE. I ordered a fried chicken combo with mac and cheese, and cheese fries on DoorDash. The chicken was so cheap and greasy, i'd have thought it was made commercially in a grocery store. It was Wal-Mart level bad. I got mashed potatoes and gravy instead of mac and cheese. The fries were cold, over-greasy, under-salted, and the cheese made me nauseous.

I HATE leaving small businesses bad reviews, but there is no way i can justify the horrible food here. Absolutely not, will never...

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the online menu...prices are WAY higher and portions have become very skimpy! According to the prices in the online menu, we ordered $33 worth of takeout...only to be charged $49! When I questioned it, they pointed to the menu boards in the store, which had been "updated" with a barely-readable pen (old prices were still visible.) This is such a classic bait-and-switch rip-off! We will never order...
