Number One Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Newburgh

First off, I went to the wrong place. I ordered ahead and when I arrived my food wasn't ready (because I went to the wrong spot). I expect that this happens often as there are two "number one Chinese restaurant" within a block of each other, so when I said "I ordered ahead" they should've told me about the other store. Food was really good. Dont listen to the mean people about the staff not being nice. They just dont speak English well at all but are very nice to even try and put up with me.
