Tasta Pizza — Restaurant in City of Olean

I just went to tasta a pizza with my two sons. We are all very hungry & chose them because they're usually affordable, courteous & have great pizza but the man working wasn't very helpful. We asked if the slices were still 99 cents and he said they haven't been 99 in 10 years which I know to be false because they were 99 cents only a few years ago. I didn't have very much money & that's why we went there because it's usually affordable and the pizza is great for the price. I only had enough for three slices and I requested them to be center cuts since we were only getting 3. The man working refused to give me center cuts and was very rude about it. My mom and I used to go there frequently and they always gave us center cuts, one time as many as 6, so the man was clearly lying again. Who does this to a father and his obviously hungry children and is it really that difficult to give halfway decent customer service? How hard is it to give 3 center cuts? I could understand if we ordered several but since there was 3 of us, it was pretty obvious we we're eating 1 slice each and I wanted them to be even. That's just common sense which that man clearly was lacking or just lazy. People like this ruin businesses in Olean that are otherwise decent and affordable. We politely thanked him and left and went to Burger King instead, where we got way better service. Sad that a fast food franchise has better customer service than a local community staple. I used to go to Tasta Pizza all the time but sadly I will not be returning...

Ordered at 1120 specifically ask if a sheet could b done by 12 they assured me no problem.. I proceed to make the order ..1 sheet and a order of wings. I arrived 1203 jus to make sure I gave them enough time to complete the order . When I went inside there was a line not long but sorta cramped.. it's my turn and I told them the name order was under and the personbhelping didn't have a clue. Someone in the back yelled out it's on the rack.. so my pizza had not even been started it's 1207.. I told them I didn't have time to wait for the pizza to b cooked.. they said we'll the wings are done and pizza only takes 7 minutes . I said 7 min for a sheet pizza? They said yes .. I said ok because at this point I had 7 guys waiting on lunch.. inwent outside for approximately 10 minutes .. I came inside and the pizza was on the counter along with the other items.. nothing was bagged up. Plates cups soda napkins..I had to ask and then was handed a bag. Mind u this is on the main counter. I'm in the way. I took the food and left back to the jobsite in disbelief the pizza was truly done.. and I was rite pizza was doughy and barely cooked. Wings we very soggy has I asked for crispy.. 0 outta 10 for me ruined the lunch and put me behind 20 minutes. I wouldn't...

I want to give it a two and half stars but google won't let me. I didn't really care for the pizza. It was an ok pizza for the price, but did you really have to count and only put 2 pieces of peperoni on each slice? Please charge me the extra dollar to put more peperoni on the pizza. On the pizza side I have had better but I have also had worse. I also got a dozen wings. The didn't seem really crisp like a good buffalo wing. For being this close to buffalo you would think they would be better. They were pretty small wings also but to their credit they gave me a good bakers dozen (19 wings in total), for a place that counts the peperoni I though that was pretty good! I will say the place was hopping like crazy even at eight at night. Maybe it is the locals pizza place to go but I will keep shopping around. However it is probably a pretty good deal for the price for the local college students.
