Crandalls Memorials — Local services in City of Olean

Sales person was great,but getting call back or talking to someone take forever . Order and payed for a monument for my mom and dad in May 2019 by July I got a drawing of the monument and the month for dads birthday was wrong. Other then that everything was beautiful ,sent copy back letting Crandall's about the change and also left a message about it. Did talk to salesperson and they would send a new copy by email. Here it is August 2019 ,left a couple more messages and still haven't received an email from Crandall's . Was hoping to have everything finalized by now and the monument made and set by labor day. But doesn't look like it's going to happen and that sad, communication sucks. A call back or a email would be great but I feel like I'm being ignored.payed alot of money for a monument and I shouldn't have to feel that way. I will never use these people again. When I went there the sale person was nice and everything. But when I try to get a hold of them on the phone they never answer. And one time when I did call the lady who answered told me that if I did not pay my bill off the price would go up. and no one ever told me that if I did not have my bill payed in a year that it would go up. And it toke them over a year to put my mom's stone down and to clean my grandma and grandpa stone and they are at the same site. All they want is there money and then they take there time to get stuff done. But if it was there loved one they would want it...

I'd give no stars if I could. My father passed over a year ago. Contact was made for the information to be added to his stone at the cemetery over a year ago. I live out of state. I was not happy to see on Father's Day that his date had still not been added to his stone! A message has been left so now I wait to hear when it will be done and the excuse as to why it's taking this long! I do not believe this is how this business should be run. People are paying a lot of money to have these memorials made and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I wish I had read these reviews a year ago. My expectations might have...
