Arby's — Restaurant in City of Oneida

Ordered the loaded white cheddar mac and cheese with chicken and bacon. All you could taste is the ranch dressing. Very small portion in the Box. Visit was at 8:00 p.m. maybe they were out of mac and cheese? Girl working the drive-thru was extremely friendly. They seem to be a tight-knit group. I give this Arby's location 5 stars simply because everytime I've ever had an issue at this Arby's it would always be adressed immideatly & ALWAYS fixed. I'm not sure if its the manager or assistant manager but there is this younger gentlemen that works during the day/evening (has brown hair and a fierce chinstrap) he preforms his job in such a way, Arby's should consider him a model employee. Came in on a Monday night at 9:30pm, the team was happy to help.the girl running the place gave us some fries and she wasn't satisfied with the quality of them and insisted she make us fresh ones! The guys working with her shared her positive attitude, we dined in and it was probably the best Arby's experience we've had! Thank you!
