Read moreThe bubble tea was lovely, and the dumplings and snacks were all on point… especially the Taiwanese fried chicken. They’re working out some kinks when it comes to service… but they were super friendly and accommodating.
I’m sad to report that the noodles were a total disaster. The pork broth soup was super thin, and both the ramen and rice noodles were beyond mushy. The pork itself was good… and plentiful. The stir fried noodles didn’t really seem to be stir-fried… they were totally mushy as well, with the exception of the udon noodles.
It’s early going, though, and I’ll be anxious to give them another try. Oneida needs a restaurant like this. In the meantime, I totally recommend the bubble...
