I went to Thai Orchid for the first time as a recommendation of a friend. The waiter was so helpful and answered many of my questions. I frequent Thai restaurants but this time, I was looking for a more unique experience as my friend mentioned this restaurant had a few dishes more related to his native land, Burma. So, I was met with some options and finally settled on the Kao Soi. It was delicious! The way I'd describe it is as a curry soup with noodles and veggies, so good. Read moreMy mind is blown!!! Thai Orchid is a very unassuming looking spot, my boyfriend and I passed by it a few times on our walks, and I am SO glad we finally stopped in. We so impressed by the calamari ($7!!!) which was fresh and fried to perfection. I ordered the stir fried Thai Orchid bamboo with duck, and my boyfriend ordered the Siam chicken.
