Maybe it's on account of being the first day back after a long weekend (Labor Day) but the place is as chilly as a morgue.

No one greets you, there's people (customers) standing around and the employees who are around, just ignore you. There were four customers on line at one point. It just makes me feel that the employees really don't want to be there. Is the employer at fault?
