Learn moreI've been ordering from this location for 9 years since I moved into the neighborhood. I live about 1/4 mile away. According to the mydominos online on my phone, I ordered 54 times in 2021 and 43 times in 2020. This does not include the many times a year that online ordering is down, and I call the store directly. I would say I'm a consistent customer. The food is generally quick and very consistent every time. For all of the deliveries I've received, I make sure I tip 20% or more for the drivers. Today will be the last time I will ever place an order from here. Never again. The complete and utter disrespect and disappointment I encountered today will never leave my thoughts. Today, I ordered and paid online for a in-store pickup. 1 gluten free pizza. This location took away their carside delivery option about 2 months ago, so you just have to physically walk in to grab your food now. I forgot my mask today. As soon as I walked through the door, all 3 employees started violently screaming at me re not having a mask on. I explained that I unfortunately did not have a mask on me but I had already ordered and paid - plus that my pizza was sitting on there shelf there and I'd be on my way. These employees refused to hand me my pizza screaming at me (loudly) to "GET OUT OF MY STORE". I asked if then they could then walk my pizza out to me- they refused and kept screaming at me. Read morePlaced an order through the Dominos app. Went to go pickup the order. From my car, I read the signs about the store being curbside. I call the store and waited on the line for 7 minutes and watched the employees in the store walk back and forth past the phone with no mask. At least two of the employees had headphones in. I hung up, called again and still no one picks up. So I put a mask on, get out the car and knock on the window to try to show them that I've been on the call for the past 5 minutes.
One of the employees finally sees me and start to throw hand signals at me to tell me that I can't come in the store. As I walk back to my car while still on hold an employee from out of the back finally picks up the phone. I tell her I'm here for pickup. Doesn’t even ask me my name. Puts me on hold for 15 seconds. Tells me we never made your order cause we had bad dough. She then goes on to tell me that we can make it for you but its going to be a while. There was no apology, or any compensation for the time that I spent to come here to pickup an order that was never prepared. It's a great thing that I selected to pay in store.
If you have my number why not contact me to tell me that my order is going to be delayed. Why notify me through the app that my order is ready when it's really not? Why do you have a phone when no answers it? Why are your employees not following the CDC guidelines about wearing a mask? Why are we wearing headphones at work if we need to listen out for the phone?

Read more*update. Raised to 4- Been hittin lately! Only one time they forgot my friends wings and he was sad. Lol. But the pizza pasta and sammiches have been on point the last 3x 2.5 maybe 3 stars until I know they can deliver some standard in quality. Not consistent. The last time ordering from here in a long time the sandwich just was very thin barely any chicken compared to what I remember but it was tasty and the thin crust pizza was good. But this time the food order is not appealing or edible to most standards as the pasta is for one simply not what I ordered and is just a thin layer cheesy penne burnt to the bottom of the pan and also smells like chemicals... kinda plasticy. The sandwich is cut uneven and only on one side cut as well has the same chemical smell. Offered 20 percent off next order on the app. Doesn't help my dinner is ruined. I was really looking forward to chicken bacon feta pasta and a chicken habanero sandwich... not just the sodas. On hold calling store to get a remedy for 45 mins was long enough. How was this under any quality check? What is going on there? How is toasting bread and making penne pasta not the easiest thing to not mess up? Twice bitten thrice shy so most likely will not be ordering sandwiches or pasta from here again until I know they have better quality control. I will chance a thin crust again maybe but yeah can't eat this bread or pasta at all.. big waste of...
