Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I have been there 4 times and every time my order has been wrong and I have had to wait in excess of 10 minutes when there were 2 people or less ahead of me with small orders. I ordered a coffee and a wake up wrap each time I went except once when I order a coffee and two wake up wraps. Both going inside or the drivethru, same thing. My longest wait was 20 minutes and I was inside. One person ahead of me, 2 went through the drivethru and there were at least 4 employees. The wake up wraps were cold, had the wrong meat or had cheese when I asked for no cheese. They repeated the orders back to me and I corrected them if it was wrong and still received the wrong and cold items. Never again, don’t go there. This was the worst experience I ever had with dunkin! I was in the drive through for at least 20 minutes. I ordered 3 drinks and 2 bagels. 1st they gave us all 3 of our drinks probably 3 minutes apart and each one was wrong. The iced cappuccino looked like a not frozen vanilla coolata and iced mac was stirred and didn't taste right and of course the third drink was completely wrong as well. When it comes to the bagel we asked for 2 everything bagels they asked if we said sesame we said no everything and they said ok. We still got 2 sesame bagels on the burnt side. Even sitting at the window waiting for or stuff there was no haste, didn't look like anyone wanted to be there or cared. I know it's a weekend morning but maybe these employees need to be retrained. Horrible service when into this Dunkin Donuts today and we ordered to macchiatos they look like cream with water when we ordered the guy took three times to make them because all three times he made them wrong he first gave us hot macchiatos when we ask for cold ones then the second time he went to attempt that he gave us the cold ones but they did not look like macchiatos they were just water and cream so we told the manager that was there what had happened and she said what do you want me to do about it those were her exact words in English and in Spanish they taste like s* it just tastes like water and creamer that doesn't have any kind of coffee in it at all horrible management horrible employee never going...
