Good morning ... Last night I stopped by the restaurant at approximately 8:45 pm. At that precise moment that I am in the car service waiting for my order to be taken and on several occasions I asked the employee who attended me when I would take my order, I asked her three times since I realized that I was not taking the order and the employee told me that it was closed, something that was not true because she took orders on the other screen since there are two in each restaurant. I decide to go through the direct window since the order was not taken and I had been waiting for more than 25 minutes for my order to be taken. When I got to the window the young woman who attended me told me on several occasions that she would not take my order, first she told me that on three occasions she told me that I had to keep waiting and told her that it was snowing and she had already been waiting for more than 20 minutes. At that moment he comes back and tells me at the window that it is closed, something that was not like that because they were still serving customers and it was not yet closing time. In the end, as I asked her supervisor to call me, she told me that she did not have it and I even asked her for her name and she did not want to give me something that is part of the company's policy. Apparently inside the restaurant at that time there was a Rochester police officer who the employee sent to move my car I told the officer that I would not do it until I gave my service or called a supervisor which was never done, Anyway, the employee at the end tells me that she would not take my order if I went back in line or just went to eat at another restaurant. P.S. I worked for many years with their competition and I know a lot about how the client should be treated at all times because it is the first thing that the company trains you on how to handle a client. Anyway, I do not believe that this employee is qualified to do this work at that time since one of her complaints while she was debating with me instead of taking my order, several times she complained of being very busy and being alone, details that in the end to the client That should not be manifested to him because work is work and it has to be done as long as it is in the work standards without violating the rights of the employee. I hope you take action on the matter and I will personally be following up with your Human Resources representatives of the company. Time of the incident...
Read moreI go to this McDonald's often because I stay in the area. Normally I order on the app, pick it up and be on my way. 2 days ago my kids and I just wanted drinks so I go in to order off kiosk. I asked the young lady at the counter if they had lemonade and she answered yes..I asked since the price shows the same as a hi-c and the kiosk is saying the lemonade is out could I just put a a hi-c instead? She replied no it's not the same price. I said ok I didn't know I'm just reading what it says on the screen. She continues to tell me I'm wrong (which is ok) but offers no solution then turns and says to im guessing was the store manager that I'm trying to get a lemonade for the price of a regular drink and she already told me I couldn't....🤦🏽♀️ The manager then proceeded to tell me he could take my order at the counter...THANK YOU!!!! She definitely could've done that. As I grabbed my drinks and left I thought that was it....I go yesterday, put a mobile order and when I get to the window they pulled me to park and I told them I didn't want to be forgotten so I'll come in and grab the food. As I'm waiting at the counter WHO pops their head from the sandwich station....? This little chicken head and her accomplice! And I can hear her saying yes that her. She was so infatuated with me she couldn't stop looking....like just staring and it made me so uncomfortable. There's no sense in talking to a manager. People like that are ok with being like that towards customers because they've gotten away with it for so long. Grow up ladies or you'll forever be flipping burgers. No real company will tolerate that type of behavior towards customers and even if you work for yourself or family and feel your job is secure at some point you'll lose business with the type of...
Read moreBasically I'm republishing this from about 7 months ago. I noticed that my original review somehow got taken off. I'm very displeased with McDonald's lately especially this McDonald's I used to go here quite often, but the food is always cold, the management doesn't care, and the wait time is over 30 minutes for a fast food order. Reason being they don't take care of the in-house orders as fast as they do the drive-throughs. They're actually was one woman waiting for a redo on an order who was there over an hour waiting for that redo. Unfortunately I've been the other McDonald's and they all seem to be the same, cold food and they take care of the drive-throughs first. McDonald's used to be the gold standard for fast food restaurants, but it seems as of this writing Wendy's has taken over as the gold standard because both McDonald's and Burger King have gone downhill so much. Then to take a review off because it was negative I don't like that either. Have a nice day...
