Mojoe's Take Out — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Yesterday I ordered a large hamburger sub two beef patties and a beef empanada. The wait time was ridiculous. the empanada was raw in the inside my hamburger sub was burnt I asked for lettuce tomato and onions my lettuce was not there my tomato and onions were cooked I didn't ask for my vegetables to be cooked and the hamburger meat was burnt like they scrape the burnt off the pan to make my sub. By the way I was sharing it with my children!! Disgusting!!! I had a delivery to pick up here, but the app had some sort of issue. I spoke with the owner as they had to speak with the third party delivery service to find out what to do. The owner was a really nice guy and even went out of his way to walk out to my car and speak to me a couple of times, even though he was busy as well (I was on the phone with the 3rd party too, but I needed to charge my phone). Worst service ever , they destroyed my order drowned my steak wraps in boss sauce disgusting. And Mgmt refused to fix my order after i complained it wasnt at all the way i ordered it . He would not let me talk i had to say; im talking stop cutting me off please They advertisement is not what you get .. i asked him to be more professional and he should ponder what i said so the next time he could give more professional customer service.
