Noonans — Restaurant in City of Rochester

This used to be a favorite before Covid hit. I've visited 3 times during late June and early July because they have a great little outside patio. Lately, I reserve my reviews until after I have gone 2 or 3 times because there are many changes and it's overwhelming for everyone, including the establishment staff. All 3 times, 3 different bartenders, never had masks on. Signs all over saying masks must be worn. I usually have a mixed drink with a lemon. They used their fingers (no tongs, no gloves, no hand washing or sanitizer between customers or handling money) to add the lemon to my drink. I asked for a new drink with no fruit and explained why, they thought I was crazy. The next 2 visits, I asked for no fruit as I could clearly see, nothing had changed. Disappointed in the disregard in plain sight of the safety precautions, don't even want to think what is or is not being done behind the scenes. Conclusion, 3 strikes...

So I drive by the old Noonans and see Pub 31 on the building. Call the number they answer Noonans ( I think?) Ask if this is Pub 31. Stammered then asked "Do you want to come here?" I said yes she said we're closed. I laughed she said what was funny. I said good luck your going to need it. Don't bother this place doesn't know who they are or what they want to be!
