1/28/25 closing staff is the worst. I ordered a Beef sheet pizza as usual. I never have any issues except once before; I didn’t ask a credit nor a refund. I only requested a note saying that there’s a pork allergy within the household. I called this evening once I realize that this is pork pepperoni. Beef pepperoni is much darker and the perimeter rises. I called to explain that pork pepperoni was in my pizza instead of beef. That’s all. This is the second time and I didn’t request a credit nor a refund. I was placed on hold; when the young lady returned to the phone she informed me that there’s cook said that he put on beef not. I explained to her that it wasn’t. She then she asked” Are the pepperonis was dark?” “No.” I replied. She then begins to explain how beef pep is dark and I told her that she’s correct. She places me on hold again. Natalie gets on the phone and explains to me that there’s no way that they could have made a mistake because the beef pepperonis are on the outside of the kitchen, that they are closed, and to bring the pizza tomorrow so that they can see. I remained unbothered until bring the pizza tomorrow. The nerve of this young lady. The disrespect, disregard, lack of professionalism, and basic soft skills. So this picture is for “Ray the Boss” to analyze. Just an fyi; I understand that you face many challenges in the service industry, definitely with people trying to get a discount or something for free. However, Natalie is a liability; if one my children was allergic to pork, we would have had a major problem. I can sacrifice skipping a meal. Here’s the pizza that Nat wants me to bring back in...
Read moreThe first and only time I used this location, I ordered, 90 mins - 2 hours in advance, a fairly simple (but pricey) order of two sheet pizzas - one just a "pizza," the other fairly loaded, for noon delivery. Tip included, about $100. I ordered for lunch at a busy medical clinic serving very sick patients: I wanted to thank my coworkers for the incredible, warm welcome as a new employee at this clinic. 30 minutes into "lunch," no order. I called for an update, and the person on the phone insisted Salvatores Ridge Road delivered the order. Another 15 minutes and this Salvatores has the "delivery manager" call to let me know the driver took my order to the wrong customer. THEN, this "delivery manager" informs me Salvatores Ridge will re-make and resend the order. By 2:00 PM, a DIFFERENT medical office contacted us to let us know THEY were, apparently, the recipients of our second order. Delivering an advance-called, noon order to the wrong location - TWICE is a problem. Further, the delivery driver never did call our receptionist about the order (he insists he did, but we have caller ID, just like everyone else: there was no call logged in our system that day). I filed a complaint with corporate - and nobody has addressed this problem yet. Not even an offer for a refund.
My only "recourse" is cancelling payment via my credit card provider (which I will fully do).

Read moreWell I couldn’t even rate the food or the service due to it being very horrible.. I picked up two medium pizzas with beef pepperoni one pie cut and one square cut. Not only was they both pie cut but I showed up for pick up 3 mins before pick up time and my destination was 8 mins away . The cheese on the pizza was solid together dough was dark brown..as if the pizza was reheated. I’m not sure if they cared less about the service because on Monday for the $10 med pizza deal they go like hot cakes. However no matter what at the East Main location they never have bad food and service coming out. This place need to go under that location management. How don’t the manager see these reviews about the obvious of our knowledge that they will sneak old pizzas in people orders. Do unto people as you will want done to you. As I would never give nothing but the best to customers as establishments like this employees need to understand they really work for the customers because without customers there will be no jobs in these restaurants establishments . Now that’s the best customer service advice you can have to make it right. East Main is the best location , but if you want fresh to order pizzas that will still be nice and steamy when you get home 2 ton Tony’s on Titus in the dmv plaza is the best hands down with free wings...
