it sucked put in order they gave us the majority of it and said pull ahead. we. did and by the time they came out everyone else was done eating ! it was dark brown (over cooked or the fryerlator was turned to high. we pulled over so i could eat my fish sandwich. and as i bite into it hot very hot water?? or oil not sure which. but it burned my lip it was swelling to fast we drove back around and asked for the manager they said no manager here they had 3 or 4 people saying this then one said i am the manager. what do you want (very rudely) i explained what happened they said well didnt you know it was just out of tbe cooker and would be hot again there were several people at once talking from inside the store i have been haveing this fish sandwhich for years i love fish and wendys is the best finally after several rude coments from several different voices i just had them cook another and give me ice to put o. my burnt swollen red lip this was around 9:30 thursday night and my lip is still sore and swollen even with iceing it ! oh the secound sandwich was dark brown oil is to hot would be my guess. itwas tasteless didnt eat but a couple bites it was makeing my lip hurt to much. the one claiming to be manager said to me we have fresh fish and oil today so nothings wro g with it. this wendys used to be the o e iiked best but i dont know if i will ever go there again. -- bad cooks rude employees ...
Read moreNever again! 09/17/24, we took our 81-year-old grandfather out for the day, stopping at Wendy's East Ave., for lunch, spending $ 40 in total.
We ordered the Chicken Classic sandwich for him (his favorite). He took one bite and said it was dried-out and tough for him to chew. It obviously had been sitting for some time. I kindly asked the young, black female at the counter to prepare him the same sandwich, fresh as a replacement. Not only dd she refuse to do so, but she also raised her voice at me, stating he had eaten the sandwich. I politely asserted, he took one bite and could not eat it. She continued to berate me and flat-out refused. She definitely had an attitude problem. The gentleman cooking the food took notice of her conduct; he was very cordial and cheerfully made Grandpa another sandwich to his likin and brought it to hm, saving the day.
We would like to thank that gentleman for his hospitality and kindness. However, given how badly this woman conducted herself and the gore she had to treat an elderly and handclapped man like she did, we will not...
Read moreTerrible experience here… had three cashier at the order board and after getting change they asked for my receipt back they still got my order wrong … why does it take three people to make sure they have the right order and yet STILL get the order wrong !!! Also why have an establishment where you dont allow open doors ?!? The lobby was closed and in order to get what i paid for i had to wait another extra 20-30 mins fora son of a baconator plain with just cheese and bacon thats it … ended up givin the poor girl running back and forth a tip because i felt so bad she had to run back and forth and was locked out ! Insane ! The people waiting in line waited for at least 20-30 to get there meals … hire people that know what there doing or don't hire them ! 35 dollars for cold food and nasty pop that tasted watered down so much so it seemed it was for a kid … thank you though for the one employee that tried her best with the resources she had ! Wendys do better especially if you charge so much for the food...
