Brandywine Gyro House Pizza & fried chicken — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

Terrible customer service, I FREQUENTLY order from this place and apparently they have a new delivery driver who doesn’t even get out of the car when he arrives somewhere. The RESTAURANT calls me and says the driver is outside, I go on my balcony, Bc I live on the second floor and no one is near my balcony. But on my security cam it shows that the driver was sitting in my driveway for over five minutes before the restaurant calls me to tell me that he is outside. So I watch the driver leave my driveway and I call the restaurant because apparently delivery drivers don’t have phones and tell them what happened and the restaurant tells me that’s the driver is “refusing to come back because he was waiting there for a LONG TIME”. Never ordering from here again. What a shame. I didn’t realize that the owner of the establishment was a delivery driver. Or if the person running the store doesn’t have the backbone to tell...

Ordered a big order for my daughter’s birthday, they took the money from my account and then rejected the order. When I went and talked to the manager he was rude yelling at me and told me he can’t give me a refund and wouldn’t even look at my order number or anything. He said what he needed to say and walked away from me mumbling under his breath . The cook was in a bad mood was being rude to his employees and complaining about orders coming in. I know they didn’t want to make my order because it was a big one! Then after I leave I get a email saying the facility rejected my order. They are rude and thief’s I will never order from here again and my place of work will now find a new pizza place to order from . Very rude and unprofessional. Then one of the employees proceeded to say well at least we got free money for an order we didn’t do! Horrible place with awful...

these people were extremely rude! I ordered 2 daily gyro specials and a chicken quesadilla with 3 sodas. When putting in my order she rushed me off the phone. When I tried to confirm my order before hanging up she just kept saying "I got it, I got it". Our food came only 2 sodas and a cheese quesadilla and the 2 gyros. The poor driver did not have my correct phone number on the receipt. I called them back to explain that she gave me a cheese gyro, she once again cut me off stating she repeated the order. That was an outright LIE. She then proceeded to tell me what I ordered. Also stated "well, I wrote down a cheese quesadilla " I said that was wrong and not what I ordered. She continued to cut me off. I will not order from them again and will not be surprised if they go out of business with that crummy...
