i went there on a friday around 10am and there was NO DONUTS!!!!!!! how can you be called dunkin’ donuts and not have any donuts at 10 in the morning!!? the coffee is always very watery and makes me feel sick. the manager is related to all her employees and when you say something to them it’s like they take you as a joke and not a paying customer. if i could give zero stars i would. terrible service and the store is kind of dirty when you look at it for a second. also they stop serving food around 3 most days which is when i take my break from work. i now drive out of my way to get quality drinks and food that are worth my money and 10x...

Not only was the service slow but the girl making our lattes was on her phone the entire time....and althought we were courteous, saying thank you and please as often as possible ....the never came off her phone to say anything. I think that was rude. Businesses need to retrain their staff,especially in the Schenectady area. When chain businesses like these show such lack of basic training,it only adds to the rhetoric that Schenectady is a bad neighborhood. Read moreI went there yesterday afternoon to buy a coffee, crews are unfriendly, never smile and never apologized to the customers who waited so long in the line to get their orders.. Cashiers didn't wash their hands after cashing out the orders and just directly made the ice coffee of the customers without washing their hands. I saw the crew stirring the ice coffee without gloves and her fingers touching the coffee. I worked in a food industry and we are well trained how to handle our customer with respect. Cleanliness and Personal Hygiene is very important. I hope the company will train their crews before putting them...
