Five A's Caribbean Cuisine — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

So I give this place 3 star's about 9 months ago but after what I have witness going in over and over again I have to change my review I was hoping I was going to have to change this review for the best because I see alot of younger people trying which is good. But there alot of arrogance and alot more for them to learn and yes your opening hours are extremely not dependable and as a place that serving the community a community that would kinda look forward to getting there ohra and roti before work or a chicken curry after work your hours are terrible for that and I do see you do not take negative or constructive criticism well!!! And we'll that's as I mentioned before it's because of the arrogance I want to blame it on being young but you're running an establishment the people is how u make your money my suggestion is try to be nicer be a bit more professional it's food that people come go buy not your attitude not the arrogance so from one customer service person to another and for the price your place charges for food the services should be matching hopefully I can visit this place again in 9 months and see it doing better or maybe a competition would help a bit.

Okay I been saving this review just because I was hoping things would get better , it looks as it have not , first off is that I keep getting cold food served from those hot pots I don’t understand why it would be cold , 2-employees eating food right in front of customers in the food prep area , 3-employee children running around the food prep area of the restaurant, 4-I found hair in my food didn’t think the worst of it until I found the second hair cooked in the potato/ please wear hair nets / 5-all the pots and spoons sit in a unsanitary clear plastic tub , I eat here all the time just lately I been feeling sick after I eat here / the hours of operation is poor , it seems to me that they got the community come in and out and every one leaving positive feedback sometimes you need the negative to better your self. Please don’t take this as a hate review it’s constructive criticism to better the business.looking forward on these changes I will be keeping...

Before placing order made it clear with Five A’s that my order can be and will be ready for 6pm pick up saturday for my 8pm event. Received a call at 4pm saying my food is ready and needs to be picked up that they are closing early. 7pm food spoil. waste of time and money buy at your own risk.

response to comment because i can’t reply If you want to “FYI” be clear as to what was 5:15pm. You took my money in advance and give me food much earlier than arranged. Your food was delivered before 5pm because i was not available to pick up as early as you wanted to close. And thank you for keeping me from your place because personally you couldn’t pay me...
