Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

Im very disapointed in this place it's nothing like it used to be. Chuck E. came out to do his dance and he stopped and took some pics with the kids and when my child tried to take a pic with him he walked away twice, I find it very odd that another little white boy went up with his dad and tried to take a pic with him and he did the same thing and I over heard the child's father saying oh Chuck. E. Must not wanna take pic's today, (that wasn't the case at all he just wouldn't take pics with the white kids. This left my child very upset and he didnt understand why he was taking pics with other kids but not him. I'm glad that my son is only 8 yrs old and didnt really understand what was going on. It's just sad because as a child I had awesome times here at Chuck E. Cheese. We spent alot of money at this place and I truly hope that something changes and no other child is left feeling the way my child was. Besides this situation there was 2young ladies that was working tonight that was very polite and helpful. The 1 was working at the counter when we first walk in she stamped our hand and the other one was doing the games and handing out the prizes. Thank you ladies for your help and being so polite I give you ladies 4stars but other than that I would have gave a negative -5 stars. We had drunk adults taking over the games when children was trying to play this place is very unprofessional and a hot mess. Nothing like it we when I was growing up. Alot of ppl dont watch there kids they just run wild stealing from others and being disrespectful. Its like they bring there kids there so they have a free baby...

I'd like to start by saying I will never come to this establishment ever again! Went for a 7yr old's birthday party. Never felt more uncomfortable with the host that was continuously flirting with the mom. More worried about getting her number then actual questions the other parents were asking. Felt very rushed and ignored when there was issues with games and the food. The front desk gentleman was very rude. Took others that came after me when I said I'm here for a party just looked at us and went on like we were invisible. The employee for the ticket return was so unprofessional, I ended up walking away and told him to keep the remaining points my daughter had. My daughter is on the spectrum and was taking a bit longer then other children. Not her fault at all!!! She was told she had 200 points and she picked out a 60 point lollipop he then told her ok you have 40 left🤔 According to my math ... Incorrect! I was asking him how if the pop was 60 points? He just shrugged his shoulders. I said keep them and left. The food that's a whole other issue. The pizza that was cold and just about broke my tooth on the crust was gross. So I bought French fries waited 20-mins for burnt but cold fries. Then the cups for the party were taken off the table, so when my daughter asked for a cup so she could get a drink I was told we only give out so many. I said exactly her cup was taken and shot out could she please have a paper cup I was told no. I had to leave the party early because this was the worst...

I am distraught with the worst experience. First time ever having it here and we will NOT have a party here again. We did the party package everything went accordingly until we saw the pizza, the pizza wasn’t as big as we thought literally two pieces that fed only 3 toddlers who ate in seconds we had to order more which is where they will indeed rob you. The unlimited cards were NOT unlimited we had to go get that problem fixed of adding more “time” on the cards which we were charged. Chuckee didn’t stay out as long as we thought enough to do the dance and left (get someone to commit to this character and do the job well) Most importantly a bag/shoes went missing at our table. It’s not that the items couldn’t get replaced which it could but the “extra mile” this place will go, is that they will NOT persue due to if it were their employees they in fact back up their employees at this location (erie blvd) I easily found that out very quickly. I asked simple questions of can you view the footage and just tell me why they went missing or if they were indeed “left there by accident”. I had in fact taken a lot of photos of other partys along with my party so I knew by the hassle they were trying to go around the problem, I knew something seemed odd how the situation went. very defensive. If you have your party here by all means make sure someone is at your table at all times due to this happening...
