Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Utica

Food is never great, but it's edible. I am almost always asked for money before I can even enter the establishment. The service is subpar and the food matches. I hate leaving this type of review, but I am being honest. I probably wouldn't even go to this place, but I still do on some Wednesdays. Simple because I work then go directly to church afterwards. This spot is open late, it's quick, and nearby our church. As crazy as it may sound, you can walk in and out with a pizza in a shorter time than getting through the McDonald's drive-thru in the same lot. Of course I don't eat McDonald's! LOL!

I was in a line waiting to order, the customer in front of me was having a difficulty with English and try to order is food yet this cashier have no intention of helping instead he was throwing a fist about it and was being so rude in front of this customer. My girlfriend and I show up an hour before they close, because she just got out of class. I don't wanna spend a lot of money cause we are in college.
