This Taco Bell often times does not make your order right after hours. when their doors are locked and it’s no longer an option to go inside the service just gets worse. The way their drive through is built is really narrow with high curbs on each side so there’s definitely no pulling off if your sitting there way too long. once someone gets behind you,your stuck there so if your order is incorrect after the doors lock its safe to say your probably not in any rush to get right back in that line to wait to make a complaint. I went there earlier today ,there was some young girl there Very unprofessional .I guess she was trying to be funny but she kept asking me if I wanted my recipe meaning receipts and she really withheld my receipt untill I could figure out what the hell she was trying to say. Yeah, not gonna do that again." Wrong #5 order. That was repeated and displayed. Wrong #8 order, that was repeated and displayed. Also, apparently it's a struggle to tell the difference between the regular hard corn shell and the Doritos shell. Asked for six Doritos, received six corn shells. Also, this isn't a one time problem, it's just the last straw. We've gone previously two times before this last time, and each time something was wrong - food missing or just wrong items given. Read moreThis location has really gone down hill lately. If we had opened tonight’s food before getting it home we would have turned around and asked for a refund. The cheesy roll ups I ordered for my kids were basically just tortilla. I always get the chicken power bowl and the last three times I’ve ordered it I’ve been given it in a container half the size as the regular container and it has hardly anything in it. I could barely find any rice in it tonight. This item is pricey to be only giving customers half of it. I also think them forcing me to put my credit card in a cup is a very counterproductive COVID measure since the employee is wearing gloves already and will have to touch the card anyway. You can’t get your card back out of the cup without touching the inside of the cup. so all the 100s of customers are touching that one cup....
