Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Watertown

This review is specifically for this Dunkin and may not reflect on the company as a whole.

Dunkin has some of the best coffee in town, with some good doughnuts and good wifi. The wait times will very depending on a number of factors here.

If you go Monday through Friday, be warned that before 8 and after 2 it WILL be packed. The close proximity to the school means that the kids from Case, and the High School will pack the building up to the point of wall to wall crowding. The service also takes a hit during this time, as the employees understandably get frustrated with the sheer number of people all clamoring for coffee and doughnuts..

Perhaps the best time during the week to go is while school is in session, or to wait till school is closed for vacation. Either way, if you plan it right, the customer service is splendid when you aren't competition with the kids and the teens. When the store isn't harboring hundreds of teens, it is a great little coffee shop where you can chill with a coffee and use the WiFi to catch up on the news, or read a good book in peace and quiet.

Update 03/2022: Now that we are heading into a new post lockdown world I felt that an update regarding digital orders was, well, in order, as everything I wrote before still holds true.

Digital orders are easy, but they are left in a shelf on the counter. Not too big a deal, that is pretty standard after all. But I'd just be careful to keep an eye out for your food or drink just in case, doubly so during the rush. I never had any issue but there isn't anything that would prevent someone from picking up your order beyond the...

I go to this Dunkin regularly but lately I've noticed a ton of issues with my food and drink orders. Today I ordered avocado toast with bacon, a green goddess wrap, a donut, and a large iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot. My macchiato was very poorly made and had zero caramel in it. My avocado toast had no bacon and after checking my receipt I see I was charged anyway. The green goddess wrap was fine. I was home before I realized the error and to be honest the employees today seemed very disinterested and unenthusiastic so I would have probably avoided an awkward social interaction anyway.

Check your order before you drive off. This is not the first time this has happened at this location and the consistency of the things I do order is not there anymore. Drinks rarely taste like they're made correctly anymore.

There is one employee that is so wonderful to deal with and I always get excited when they are working drive thru. The store atmosphere is wonderful, it's in such a great location. There just needs to be a lot more retraining and double checking before giving people...

Came to dunkin twice since I moved here. first time Josh and Kyle in drive thru was very pleasant and actually cared about my day my drink was accidentally made wrong but was fix with no questions asked and was nice about it. Second time was today. I came around 430 and how busy they get they still are very good: Shane Was a little nervous and quiet while taking orders. She also made my drink and it was on point even tho she didn’t think she did a good job.
