Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I've had a good morning until I went into this Dunkin donuts to order my breakfast to which I had a $100 bill. The MEAN indian lady pointed to some sign to say they don't accept $100 bill, so I asked her if I can go to the other counter, where you pay for gas, to get change. The guy that was behind the register was somewhere else in the store and I saw him, and asked him if he could give me change. He came over with a cold attitude and gave me the change, I said 'thank you" to him and he just looked at me in an unprofessional way that made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I went to pay for my food,vand the mean Indian lady snatched the money from me, no thank you, no apologies or anything. These workers don't treat customers with respect or make them feel comfortable to even want to come back and spend my money to people that disregard me.

Corporate needs to check these workers because it's enough unfavorable reviews on this platform to show that customer service and professional isn't important and it's making Dunkin Donuts look bad with these "people" representing your company....

I would give five stars but it’s all dependent on whose working, because most of the time the workers are unfriendly and look miserable. Leave your personal problems and attitude at the door. Not only that, but I’m often overcharged. For example, I’ll buy one bagel and see that I was charged two, etc. I always use my Dunkin’ Rewards and maybe they take advantage of that? Regardless, that’s unprofessional and I end up going to the one on South Broadway/Palisade Ave instead even though this location is footsteps from my apartment. I really appreciate and admire the customer service by one Hispanic/Latina female that’s usually there in the mornings/early afternoon as well as the gentleman in the afternoon/evenings with the glasses... He always charges accurately, makes my order as asked and is a...

Update: Yesterday went in there and asked for an latte. The Indian lady says I can't have a latte with CREAM because it breaks the machine 🤣! Like really lady, I've always gotten it with cream from other places. I seriously hate this Dunkin Donuts spot because it's always something negative happening. Either the customer service, the lack of cleanliness or not enough people behind the counter and the line is out the door.

Workers are rude at times. I even called the corporate office to advise them of an incident that occurred between me...
