Hot Spot Deli Yonkers — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I ordered online and the delivery was pretty quick. However, I did not get what I ordered, I got a sandwich instead of salad. When I called, they were willing to fix the issue immediately. This is important to me, esp when it comes to food. They came to deliver it to me, which was pretty quick, and I was happy and no longer “hangry.” I want to support local businesses and I’m glad to know their customer service is good, so I can continue to order from here in the future. The salad was fresh and priced well.

Sandwich was whack no love they use salad chopped lettuce instead of shredded lettuce. The female employee working there was rude and insisted on making a milk shake even though my sandwich was hot and ready on the counter her male coworker told the woman that she should hand me the sandwich instead and after two back and forth he convinced her to hand me my sanwhich instead of making a different customer a milkshake. The food on display like the chicharrón and mangu looked old I do not recommend anyone buy hot food from here. I literally love this deli and they make the best chopped cheese in New York in my opinion. Me and my girlfriend think that this is such a good alternative instead of eating out in a restaurant. I would recommend a breakfast special for any time of the day because it definitely will fill you up for just $7.95. The employees are amazing and the owners are such a kind hearted people and they both came from resturant backgrounds which makes sense on why they make other deli’s incompetent. I would definitely recommend every person in the world to go this deli at least once in their lifetime to try their food. This deli deserves more than a 4.2 rating...
