Starting with the good. This place is beautiful. Everything is a touch outdated but vary cohesive. Enough so that it feels like you walk back in time to the hight of luxury for Cadillac.

Now the bad We held an event at this establishment with high hopes. I have personally never had such rude service and terrible food. We went out of our way to make sure we had salmon ($12 extra per plate) and it was utterly inedible. Absolutely no flavor and beyond dry. On that note the chicken Cordon bleu is the exact same thing you can get frozen in a bad from Mijier. Honestly the highlight of the meal was the chicken tenders for the kids. In our event package we were to have an appetizer bar set up which magically never happened.

As for the staff it was a horrid experience aside from an older gentleman whom was quite kind the other two lady’s were unbelievably rude to each member of our party they had encountered. For the price we payed I feel like we should not have had to come help the staff set up.

In the long and short the staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude, the food was inedible as well we did not receive half of the package we payed for. I am immensely disappointed with this...

This is a review of the Easter buffet on 4/21/19. The hot food was not hot and was not good. Too much stuffed everything. Like fish with stuffing, pork with stuffing, chicken drenched in some kind of sauce -all cold! Where were the different kinds of salads? The salad bar had only minimal stuff on it? The desserts were from Gordon’s food truck. Not one dessert was homemade! Not one dessert that was diabetic friendly. This buffet use to be good. Use to have food for everyone with healthy options. I told server the buffet was cold, got no reaction. This buffet was grossly over priced for what you got! I would definitely not recommend this Easter...

What a great breakfast setup! We were guests at the hotel, so we got breakfast vouchers with our room stay. The waitress will immediately ask for the voucher, so don't forget it in your room, like I did. The staff here is awesome. They keep the buffet in perfect order, and there's a large variety.
