I have written only one bad review before and I wasnāt going to over this place. Figured Iād rant to my partner and let it be until I got to my hotel and realized my sauces are all wrong. My partner and I had to do work in Tulsa and after traveling four hours to get here, working outside and in metal all day, and not eating we wanted food. So, leaving Tulsa and on the way to our hotel we book an online order and itās supposed to be done at 7:50pm. We get there at 8:00pm and nobody is at the counter. I wait about 10 minutes until someone takes my name, they check on the meal and then come out of the kitchen but never update me, another ten minutes go by and I find one of the teenagers working there and ask if my food is being worked on (keep in mind this is now 8:20pm) and they say yes. Then another teenager asks me for my name and they go check on the food. After hearing that they screwed up someone elseās food I checked mine before leaving. Not only was there no plastic silverware but we were missing a whole meal. I told them I was missing the queso. They come back with the queso but no chips. I ask for chips and they come back with chips after about 5 minutes. I ask for plastic silverware and told them I was staying at a hotel. She hands me one. I ask for another and then she asks if I need wet wipes and I told her āeh noā and she asked what wings I got and I told her ānot sureā (since my partner ordered his part without me looking and it was also an appetizer sampler so wasnāt sure) and with attitude she goes āwhat do you mean you donāt know? You ordered it.ā So she checked my receipt and gave me two wet wipes. Thanks. So I get to the hotel. Not only are my sauces wrong but my chips are half soggy and my fries are also COLD AND SOGGY. I ordered honey bbq and parmesan garlic and I got ranch. So not only did I not leave the restaurant until almost 8:30 (40 minutes after my order was supposed to be done) but I received terrible service with attitude too (I love how all the workers look at you but donāt check on you while you stand at the front), I got soggy chips and the wrong sauces and cold fries (which is awesome because I have allergies so please next time give someone the correct stuff before you accidentally get them sick with allergic reactions). I order a cheese curd planned on using my points in online app for them, waitress put them in wrong 1st mistake, which isnt the problem manger refused to come to my table after asking 3X asking for manger, I redeem my points but they wont take item off because it was entered incorrect by waitress 2nd mistake,so she told me to hit refund not telling me it would take days before I could use them so here I am asking a waitress for manager to fix the issue when waitress comes back crying that manger says she has to pay any difference in what items on ticket & im not going to tip her now since theres a issue(which i would have if manager fixed the $2 difference between small & large chz curds & allowed me to use my points & save me the $10, only reason I came there was to use my reward points but instead of manger coming over like asked 3x like a manager should in this situation they chose to ignore the situation & blame me for selecting the wrong item on the app which isnt at all what happened, seeing my daughter asked for a sweet tea & you brought her a sprite(nobody order a sprite) 3rd mistake & I asked for a regular chz curd, im 100% certain you made the mistake not me... but the bigger issue is when you ask for manager 3x & they refuse to come to your table & treat your waitress like that telling her if she voids or changes anything she responsible for cash difference & cost her a $10+ in tips is unacceptable in my book. She wasn't a bad waitres, she was under horrible management that should have fixed the issue. I tried the "all you can eat boneless". I recommend you immediately order your next set when you get yours as I had to wait 20-25 minutes between sets of boneless. Also, they didn't bring me fries with the either sets after I asked for fries. So once I got my boneless, had to wait an additional 10 more minutes for fries before I started my meal.
They must be short staffed in the kitchen. I assume corporate, district manager, or the franchise owner (was told franchise owned according to tulsa hills) is limiting how many employees they have on hand. For about a year or so of me coming a couple of times monthly, getting food out of this location is a chore. I went to the Tulsa hills location & was absolutely blown away how fast they were. I even said to the bartender that the claremore location is super slow. She said she heard that, all the way in tulsa hills. I have been a monthly regular since 2015ish.
They really need to do some restructuring. It kills me to know their sales had to have been better years ago under the different manager (brooke i think?) I was a regular even before her being the manager. I remember when the current manager, jon, I think? was a cook.
Anyway, need to fix kitchen speed whether it's lack of employees or lack of motivation. Fix either whoever is training the waitress/waiters to be more professional in the aspects of making sure your customers are being visited regularly.
Also, dial back the time or temp in which those traditional wings are cooked. They should be moist & not dehydrated. Also, clean them please! I have had many occasions where they had feathers on them & were...
