KFC — Restaurant in Claremore

Despite the obvious, in the title to this review, I am thrilled that KFC still offers the same quality ingredients and products for consummation that I remember so well, as a child. I remember, as a very small boy, being in the back seat of an American car with my sister and father at the wheel, my mother in the driver's side, and being simply famished from having driven all morning and well through the evening, without food.

We hadn't eaten anything all day. When we reached our destination, Washington D.C., my father bought the family all a family-sized amount of delightful chicken and condiments from "Kentucky Fried Chicken". I'm not sure if I had ever heard of it before. This was in the early Seventies, and we had been traveling through Canada into the United States. I can tell you, as my family were not very wealthy at the time, this modestly priced food, the succulent taste, a very high par above other quick food eateries, is simply marvellous. I recall the horrid gustatory delight I experienced, devouring my meal in the backseat of our car, parked next to one of the city's many green park spaces, and I was in Heaven. Apparently, this first moment of satisfaction, and KFC, have not changed over the years. Thank you, KFC. Normally a vegetarian until the Crisis, Kentucky Fried Chicken still delivers. I went recently and ordered a nugget meal and a pot put after I got the food the nuggets were no bigger than the end of ur pinky and the pot pie was caved in with barely any filling in the center which I looked at soon as I got in my car which I'm glad I did so I IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE FOOD BACK IN, AND NOT TO MY SURPRISE THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THIS SPECIFIC RESTAURANT LITERALY GO INTO AND ARGUING MATCH!!!! HE WOULD NOTTTT GIVE MY MONEY WOULD NOT!!! SO I CALLED 1800KFC AND NOT MORE THAN 1 HOUR LATER THE CORPORATE MANGER CALLED ME AND ASKED ME ABOUT THE SITUATION EXPLAING THAT ITS THERE POLICY TO GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU ASK AND HAVNT TOUCHED OR DONT WANT YHE FOOD THEY GIVE YOU, I WAS VERY VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE LADY WHO TOOK MY COMPLAINT AND THE BIG BOSS WHO WENT INTO ACTION IMMEDIATELY. I HAVNT BEEN BACK SINCE THIS INCIDENT A FEW WEEKS AGO AND HONESTLY WITH THE FOOD AND SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THIS LOCATION I WONT GO BACK TO THIS KFC MOST DEFINITELY.. what's the craziest to me Is that the less than 20 dollars I wanted back wasn't even that much I don't understand why that (((((general manger))))) at Claremore ok Acted the way and treated me the way he did, and if he don't know the companies policy's he shouldn't be general manager...

My family and I ordered online at eight forty five. We showed up to the drive through to get our food. And the manager RYA or RILEY not sure what her real name is because she took off her name tag, she said they only had 4 chicken tenders left. We went inside the store so she can help us issue a 31 dollar refund and she said she's only 17 and she didn't know how to do it. She called us "BRO" and "WEIRD" and said she was trying to close her store 1 hour 15 minutes early. She had all her little friends outside and she left the store unattended to go talk with them. She threatened to call the police on us and was hiding from us behind the store. She helped a girl that came in to get door dash and wouldn't help us. Also she looked High like she had been smoking Marijuana. Whoever owns this KFC is going to lose alot of money with a manager like RYA. She told me she didn't have to tell me her name and that I wouldn't get my 31 dollars back. She said she had no idea how to help me. This is the worst KFC I've ever been to in my life. I've never seen such a lazy, disrespectful, clueless, and...
