Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clarkesville

They WERE good, but something has changed recently- I believe they have new staff. The last 5 times I have gone here they have messed up every single time. the first time I got avocado toast with bacon and they forgot the bacon, no big deal. The second time I got an iced coffee and they gave me a hot coffee. They offered to remake it but I decided to just roll with it, no big deal. The next time I went, they gave me the wrong order and I had to go back and exchange it for mine. The fourth time they gave me the wrong coffee and I had an allergic reaction to whatever they put in the cup. It was VERY different from what I had ordered. I politely called and said that I wasn't mad, but asked if they could please try and figure out what I was given as it was most definitely not vanilla and I was having an allergic reaction, they insisted they had not made an error despite the fact that my husband and a co-worked checked and agreed with me that whatever was in the cup was NOT vanilla (and tasted bad). Obviously I had to throw the entire drink out. The 5th and last time we got 3 bagels, 2 everything with cream cheese and 1 regular with strawberry cream cheese and they mixed them up so we had to go in and correct it. We also ordered my husband the same exact coffee he gets every time but it was majorly lacking on cream and sugar so we had to correct that as well. I understand mistakes happen, but 5 times in a row is just way too much, especially when I had an allergic reaction to the 4th one! We cant trust to go to this location again with all of the issues they are having. It isn't worth having to pull around to go in every time and it isn't safe when I cant trust what...

Our first time here, we went inside to hopefully have things go smoothly. Everything on the receipt was correct, but the order itself came out incomplete. We ordered two orders of bagel bites and two orders of hash browns. We had gotten our bag of food almost immediately. A guy went to hand out bagel bites and we thought they were ours so when we went to grab them, he assured us we had gotten both and handed them to another customer. Upon looking through the bag in the car, we realized that we had received only one order of bagel bites and three orders of hash browns rather than two of each like we had ordered. We weren't too upset. The three caramel iced coffees we had ordered were all different shades and inconsistent with sugar and cream. Mixups aside, it was good! The food all tasted great as well as the donuts which were pretty fresh for it being after noon. I have been several time with my kids and it's hit or miss for customer service. We have gone in (a few months ago) and had the friendliest people working as we were getting ice cream, all the staff laughing and talking with customers. Then, we recently went (this past Saturday) in with no other customers, 4 staff talking to eachother and then disperse in different directions as soon as we walk up to the counter, no one greeted us, the donuts were being carted off to the back 5 hours before closing. We stood there a few minutes and then left. It's crazy sad that in 2023 this is normal customer service.
