I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 biggie bags and 1 4 for 4 meal. I get home and realize that they have balled a wrapper up and put it in one of the biggie bags and NO BURGER. I drive up there for a SECOND TIME and go in. The manager is arguing with me, telling me that she knows she put a burger in each of the bags. I'm telling her no she did not. I'm an honest person and I also work in retail so I definitely would not be going in a business complaining UNLESS NECESSARY. I still was never rude or ugly. Long story short, she gives me a burger with cheese and ketchup on it. So the burger STILL was not made right and I have a child screaming in the backseat because she does not have bacon on her cheeseburger (that I paid for). I proceed to call them and ask them for the corporate # and the same woman tells me she can't hear me (even though I hear her just fine) after I have asked for the # three times! I just hung up. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DRIVE THRU SERVICE, ETC. I have been a regular customer for years but I will not be going back or spending my money with them for things I don't recieve. I'm appalled at how horribly ran this location is. Added- Manager looks up my review on Wendy's corporate website and proceeds to argue with me online as well. Being the person that I am, I did not go back and forth with her. I simply posted a picture back to her showing her my receipt. This honesty wasn't a big deal at first but I think it's extremely unprofessional to look up my review and try to, once again, ARGUE with me via social media. That extra time should have been spent cleaning the dining area as it always stinks and flies are swarming the place. I will be calling corporate for a second time. Read moreThey have really put courteous service on the back burner. They're whole attitude is that it's a privilege for you to eat there. There were cars encircling the restaurant around the drive thru. I had an order called in so I didn't need to place an order.I don't know if the lobby was open...I didn't want to risk my place in li r checking the door. I drove around to the window and sure enough there was a gap between the order screen and the first window. I pulled in behind the car at the window to the disapproving rubber necking stares of the girl at the window. Her face was covered with paint. She asked if I "needed" something, I told her I was there to pick up a call in order. I didn't even need to stop at her window because the order was paid for. She informed me that next time I must "get in line" I informed her that I didn't need to place an order and that this was acceptable practice at all other restaurants. She slammed the window on my face. Her accomplice at the next window thrust the Frostys and bag through the window in a haphazard manor and slammed her window in my face also. We purchased about 21 dollars of food today.
1 Salad, 2 potatoes ( 1 regular/ one with bacon) , and one double stack burger.
The salad was no fresh in the slightest - the product was old and the apples were covered from seeing the browning.
The potatoes were cooked well. I believe maybe the sour cream was extremely expired? The bacon was good but the MASSIVE amounts of cheese, which looked to be two slices of cheese from the burger line not shredded cheese, the taste was off.
My mother just said the Burger didn't taste right.
We sat at the intercom box for about 10-15 mins waiting to take our order then while taking our order we kept getting told to hold on ( about 3 times) as they were making other orders.
( I understand doing two jobs... But our order as stated above wasn't a difficult one and that took about 5 mins to take it. )
