Wendy's — Restaurant in Clarksburg

This store is absolutely disgusting. Very poor customer service very poor cleanliness blood all over the bathrooms due to people shooting up you can tell they don’t clean at all store is always Smokey it’s like they’ve never cleaned the fryer system a day in it’s life span. The management acts like children the staff are children the entire store should be shut down it’s a health hazard I wouldn’t eat here choose another one honestly this store is disgusting enough for the food to put someone in the hospital just breathing that air alone could be enough to put someone in the hospital. I ordered a drink a frosty chino waited 20 minutes before I got it took a sip it was foul they told me after I drank it that there wasn’t no frosty mix. Ordered off of DoorDash. Online it shows that they CLOSE at 12am. So I placed my order at 10:43pm. When I called around 11:30 because my Dasher said they wouldn’t open the window up at the drive-through for her. I called and they said they closed at 11 and that there’s nothing that they can do besides call doordash to get a refund. I said I placed my order at 10:43 why couldn’t it have been made up right then? The lady on the phone just kept telling me that they closed at 11 and couldn’t do anything. Ordered 3 jr bacon cheese burgers, with only bacon & cheese. First time around, I only got cheeseburgers. Went through the driveway again, to ask for what I had asked for the first time brought them out I asked if they only had bacon and cheese, they said no. They took them back, this time I got the burgers back, realized they took the burgers scraped the ketchup off of them, and just put on a new top bun, but it wasn’t even the top bun it was one with two bottom buns that’s how I first realized the ketchup was wiped off… & to top it off it was cold.
