I've been here a couple times and the drink was good the first time I ordered, but it wasn't what I wanted because I didn't know the name. I talked to my roommate who got me the drink I wanted and since the first drink was still good I tried again. I ordered what I thought the drink was called, a Picture Perfect Frozen MOCHA, and it was drenched in caramel sauce, which makes me very sick. I'm still gonna drink it, but (call me crazy) I hate caramel sauce. If I could order while looking at the menu, I probably could have avoided this. If the menu had a picture of each drink (I know that's probably excessive) then I could try a new coffee place without ordering something that's gonna make me very sick, to put it politely. I don't blame anyone who works here, they were all very pleasant, but if there was a speaker by the menu like most drive thrus have, I probably could have not wasted $6+ on a drink I'm only going to drink because I need caffeine. I'm moderately disappointed but it's nobody's fault but my own. đ
The short version: they make great drinks at prices comparable to starbucks, but know what you want before you order. Or if you're not picky you could probably order anything and like it. Large drinks seem pricey but they give you much bigger cups than starbucks so I feel it's...

Read moreSo I pulled in to the drive-thru on 8/20 @ 3:50ish, and it looked like the barista was working by herself. My 4 year old was screaming bloody murder, I was over stimulated, tired, and just ready to cry. I gave the barista my order, she scanned my rewards, and I went to hand her my card to pay, and I wasn't paying attention. She handed my drink, I told her I needed to pay for it, and she said "Please don't worry about it, my treat". She wrote "hang in there" with a heart on my lid. Its the little things like that, that mean the world to me. She didn't know what a rough day I was having. Whoever she is, I hope her manager sees this review and gives her a pay raise. She didn't have to do that, but she did. This location has always been friendly towards me, and quick service. But her? AN ABSOLUTE GEM....
