I had ordered a birthday cake on Saturday and the lady I had spoken with said that it would be a ready at 11 AM sharp on Labor Day. I even asked her if they were opening late or closed on Labor Day and she specifically said no and told me that she went to go make the cake right then. Went to pick up the cake today and they were closed. Tried calling and saw people in there but no one picked up. door said they opened at 11 AM so I kept calling and finally a lady answered and I told her the situation. She was very disgruntled and bothered that I was needing my cake at the time that I had ordered it and TOLD it would be ready. She said the cake wasn’t even ready but it would only take her five minutes and acted like I was being unreasonable. She gave me attitude and told me that it takes 24 hours for the order to be done. I informed her I had ordered it on Saturday and she said ok then and rolled her eyes. Wasn’t even upset that the cake was late even though I needed at a specific time, was upsetting that this lady was so rude about the situation. Never buy a cake here.

I took it back to the store the young lady ACTING as manager did not first respond when I asked for the manager. I advise her that the item I purchased was unacceptable, and may I please have my money back. She went back to counting her cash drawer and then told one of the other employees "here give this to him." No apology and the worst excuse for customer service I have experienced lately. After sitting down, my kids decided they wanted waffle cones so I bought two waffle cones which came to $1.95, paid with my card but didn’t leave a tip, just signed the receipt. I should have put a line through the tip portion but I just wanted to get back to my kids and didn’t even think about it.
